Fabulous hotel with lovely staff and outstanding food in the restaurant - we ate there every night, which is very unusual for us. Pool is well appointed and clean, if a little small. Rooms were beautiful, we had a suite and it was extreme my clean and well equipped. Hotel is in a slightly odd place, but we knew this, and it’s still convenient to get to everything. The BYO in the restaurant was great and enabled us to spend more on food! Would definitely book to stay again.

Slightly quicker service at pool - was a bit slow at times and someone to check pool area for dishes/rubbish more frequently.

I like the details they used in the building and rooms. Everywhere was super clean, and the staffs were so lovely and helpful. The restaurant gives you a luxury vibe in addition to a good taste of food and uniqueness.

We stayed for a week, and during one night, about 9:30 pm,We returned to the hotel after going to Disney Parks, with our sleeping child, when we arrived at the automatic gate, a young blonde-haired receptionist at the front desk was chatting with the porter and saw It was difficult for us to swipe the card to enter the gate and didn't take the initiative to help. We finally swiped the card to go in. When we passed the front desk, we could vaguely hear them laughing and talking about us. I want to write this matter, including the image of the employee, because I don't know Knowing his name, We stayed at the hotel for a week, and apart from the fact that it happened to us. It was very good in every way! The hotel is very new and the location is very good!
