The bed was super comfortable. The room was spacious and well appointed.
The room was quite a distance from the pool/spa.

location was great. Tennis facilities excellent. Pickle Ball courts perfect. Best beds ever!
Somewhat dated. Dark. no complimentary water in bed room. (only $5 bottles) Noisy air con.

The location was great. The staff at the Lodge were fantastic. The shuttle to the ski resort was super convenient. The lodge facilities were beautiful.
Our room was managed by Vacasa. We were not given an access card for the hot tub and despite calls every day to them and reassurances it would be delivered it never occurred in our 4 days there. The room had ripped carpeting. The coffee maker had no filters and there was one coffee cup in a room designed for 4 people. The Lodge itself was fabulous but Vacasa was horrible.

our first room was great, with a beautiful view; our daughter loved the pool; the food was amazing
the beds could be more firm, better for my back; our second stay we had a room overlooking the tennis courts

The rooms are really dated and in urgent need of remodeling. the room smelled musty, even though the carpets and drapes are new. The heavy leather furniture dwarfs the room. The wallpaper in the bathroom is institutional, and I felt as if I was in a hospital-even though it had a nice free standing tub. The bed had a heavy duvet better suited for the Artic, not the desert.
sorry-reversed the like/do not like!
The personnel couldn’t have been nicer-the front desk gave us a free dinner for being unhappy with our room. Nice, but was certainly not expecting that.
The restaurant is great-good food and service. I like the pool and gym.

Absolutely amazing. The staff at the Hotel and at the golf course were so great (we suck at golf but had a blast).
I wish there was a little better way to get into the gate other than a paper that was our access to get in. It was over 100 degrees and when the air conditioning was on we had to worry about it getting blown everywhere or sliding into the dash. Not a giant hassle but kind of a pain in the ass.

the property and amenities were great.
the room was awful! the AC didn’t work and was 86-90 in the room. they brought portable fans but they didn’t work well and didn’t offer much of a solution or option. mentioned it again at checkout and other than, I am sorry, no other options were offered.

Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was large and had a soaking tub as well as a large shower with a bench. Room was huge.
Everything was very outdated and weathered.
3.0
Excellent Staff, friendly, attentive, and help. This was particularly true of the front desk, but the dinning room just marginal. There was often not enough staff present to handle the service required.
The grounds were well maintained.
You have a very serious problem. The property is "long-on-tooth." The hotel desperately needs a complete remodeling. The picture windows in my suite was fogged over and streaked so one could not look out at the mountains. There was no excuse offered why the windows had not been replaced long ago. The furniture was often many generations old and no longer up to the standard of a first class hotel today.

extremely nice and well kept property.

The room was large and had a vaulted ceiling, comfortable king bed, and large shower with great water pressure. the staff was friendly and helpful. The grounds were beautiful, and we loved the location.
The room was well appointed but needed more ongoing maintenance. It had lots of scratches and scrapes etc. The tv was small for the size of the room and price point. also, it wasn’t a smart tv, so we couldn’t stream or cast from our phones.

Beautiful, friendly and inviting.

Beautiful property and friendly staff. The grounds were well-manicured and the room was immaculately clean.
