I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Royal M Hotel in Abu Dhabi. Habbie, the receptionist, was incredibly friendly and helpful, even surprising me with a complimentary upgrade. The hotel's prime location in Al Bateen near popular restaurants like Tashas and Saddle added to the overall convenience. There is no beach nearby but the hotel provided free transfer to Hudaryiat beach daily. The pool area, complete with cabanas and sun loungers, provided a relaxing retreat ☀️

However, it's worth noting that the hotel is situated near a lively nightclub that operates throughout the week, leading to potential noise disturbances in certain rooms. I recommend contacting the reception to ensure a quieter stay. Despite changing rooms three times during my stay, the overall experience was positive. Nevertheless, it's crucial to highlight that the interior decoration of the rooms is in need of a prompt upgrade. The outdated furnishings detracted from the otherwise pleasant atmosphere, suggesting that a renovation would significantly enhance the overall guest experience. While the Royal M Hotel holds a 5-star rating, there were some aspects that fell short of high standards. The rooms exhibited older furnishings, and the automatic sink proved to be more of an inconvenience. Additionally, housekeeping services were very slow, requiring multiple calls for basic amenities like towels and face towels. Despite these minor drawbacks, my overall experience was positive, thanks to the accommodating staff and strategic location.

Todo muy bien !! Excelente precio calidad , la atención , los servicios, la ubicación , el desayuno y la atención.

Piscine et équipements extérieurs très bien

La nourriture était en dessous de tout pour un établissement cinq étoiles, par exemple le jus d’orange était infect au déjeuner. Seulement deux petites bouteilles d’eau dans les chambres, plus, il fallait payer. Service moyen comparé à Dubai, pas de débarras sage rapide des tables alors que l’hôtel était pratiquement vide, pas d’aide pour les valises quand nous sommes partis…

Le lieu est exceptionnel, beau, la chambre est spacieuse, très bien équipée et la literie hyper confortable ! L'espace de piscine extérieure à une vue superbe ! Le personnel est d'une grande gentillesse, j'ai eu la chance de tomber sur Habbie, une hôtesse qui m'a donné toutes les bonnes astuces de déplacements et restauration !

Le seul défaut est le manque d'insonorisation de la chambre.

La piscina y el desayuno estaba muy bien

Nos dieron una habitación en el lado de la entrada, y el ruido de la discoteca fue muy desagradable. Pitidos de los coches chillidos de la gente… no entiendo como el personal de la entrada perdone este comportamiento en un hotel de 5 estrellas.

Cleaning - they didn't change the bedsheets for 3 days. Pretend to be cleaning but caught him after 5 mins leaving the room. Noisy at the balcony cannot be used. Very firm mattress.

Room was hot, even the ac settings were at max wasn’t able to get some good sleep. Food was average nothing special.

Nada bueno que destacar, lamentable le deberían de quitar mínimo 2 estrellas , una estafa sus estrellas

Es el hotel discoteca , karaoke tiene una señorita que canta toda la noche en la piscina y es imposible dormir aparte de lo mal que canta . Las habitaciones son de papel ya que se escucha todo , como tengas unos vecinos ruidosos olvídate de dormir se escucha las conversaciones perfectamente de la habitación de al lado

The room was very spacious and the view was beautiful.

The breakfast wasn’t the best but it did the job. I also didn’t like that the pool closed at 6pm.

The Royal M was fantastic in every way. We had a beautiful large room overlooking the pool and water. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We loved the extra large bathroom and shower with great toiletries. We had lovely drinks in the bar and food. Breakfast had lots of variety to suit everyone.

Every thing was great. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Good rooms

The noise of the night club at 2am every morning til 4am with large groups arguing fighting and police Being told I can’t swim in the pool early morning Having to change rooms two times to get away from night club noise The pool staff blaming chemicals saying can’t swim early in morning

Very cooperative staff, room service, breakfast options, location, swimming pool, shisha, lobby, 2-3 coffee shops, Free valet parking….all in all, fantastic experience 😍

Location was great. Good staff and great for stay with families

Food menu needs to be improved. Less variety for Indians
