Quand on est arrivé vers 18h, le ménage n’avait pas été fait. L’hôte nous a dit que c’était un oubli de la part de l’équipe de ménage et nous a remboursé immédiatement l’équivalent d’une nuit de séjour ( bravo pour cela) Un couple est venu faire le ménage, mais malgré tout le condo était négligé: des meubles abîmés, plusieurs ampoules qui ne fonctionnaient pas, des serviettes et des débarbouillettes tachées, les salles de bain n’étaient pas propre, le bas des portes de douches vitrées était dans un état lamentable, les douches étaient en céramique blanche alors on voyait vraiment que ce n’était pas propre, le four, des taches sur les murs, on avait un lave-vaisselle mais pas de capsule pour mettre dedans, le four et le micro-ondes étaient sales. On a une vilaine sensation qu’on rentre dormir dans l’appartement de quelqu’un qui n’est pas là et je n’ai pas du tout aimé ce feeling. Je crois que le condo a une des plus belles vues de Toronto et ceci dans toutes les pièces. Mais la propriété n’était vraiment pas propre, ça ne ressemblait pas aux photo. À cause de ça je ne le recommanderais pas.

The place was not clean, the furniture uncomfortable and broken, the light fixtures dysfunctional and full of insects, the interior finishes very dirty and damaged, the showers had mold, the sheets were full of hair, even if apparently clean, the cleaning lady had not put any flat sheets in the beds, the furniture was full of lost items from previous visitors, there was a lack of hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, table cloths, dish cloths, etc. So, after asking the landlord to bring us the missing items, he never replied in time, so we had to buy the missing soaps and cloths ourselves. There was also a camera that we had to hide with a bag. Yes, the view is exceptional, the location is very convenient and the three-bedroom condo is very practical for a family like us, but it's absolutely not worth the price paid. L’endroit n’était pas propre, le mobilier inconfortable et brisé, les luminaires dysfonctionnels et remplis d’insectes, les finis intérieurs très sales et abîmés, les douches comportaient de la moisissure, les draps étaient pleins de cheveux, même si apparemment propres, la femme de ménage n’avait mis aucun drap plat dans les lits, les meubles étaient remplis d’objets perdus des visiteurs précédents, il manquait de savon à main, de savon à vaisselle, de linges de table, de papier de toilette, de linges à vaisselle, etc. Aussi, après avoir demandé au locateur de nous apporter les items manquants, il n’a jamais répondu à temps, si bien que nous avons dû acheter nous mêmes les savons et linges manquants. Il y avait aussi une caméra que nous avons dû cacher avec un sac. Oui, la vue est exceptionnelle, l’emplacement est très pratique et le condo a trois chambres est très pratique pour une famille comme nous, mais ça ne vaut absolument pas le prix payé.

The view was truly breathtaking, parking extremely spacious and convenient, and location unbeatable. Wonderful to have coffee, tea , and basic spices, soap, sponge on hand already.

spectacular view! Unfortunately it rained quite a bit, but everybody loved the penthouse view when it got cleared up. Very close to other hotels where families were staying.

The place needs to be cleaned better. The sofa bed was stained and none of us wanted to use it. Kitchen needs deep cleaning. (A can opener would have been a nice addition.)

Truly loved the view. Had a fairly great weather. Was able to be amazed by the vastness of the view. Loved that it was the highest. Great location, great restaurants nearby, Looks like great improvements are coming, lots of construction going on.

The lamps scattered throughout the penthouse was non functional. Sofa and love seat needs renewed. Very uncomfortable no cushion left. Pillows need renewed. Some blinds did not work. I believe in time these upgrade will occur but to me these were minor. I would still rebook this place.

the view was incredible our kids were so amazed they have never been so high up before.

the loud noises in the master bedroom. all night sounded like someone was working in another unit. also not used to city noise. The property was tidy but not clean. there was cleaning product and hair left in tub and bathrooms, dust you can see on the walls in bedrooms and there were sheets I pulled back to get into bed and realized they looked as though they were not changed there was someone else’s body hair in them. also there is no place to hang jackets just dressers and desks in the main entrance. needs some hooks to hang. I have also never stayed at a property with a visible camera. made me wonder if there were more cameras on the property and felt as though we were being watched…
