Il bagno avrebbe meritato un pò più di pulizia per essere eccellente. I cuscini invece erano molto scomodi: sintetici e troppo morbidi

Great location, close to Schönbrunn Palace and the railway station. Helpful staff. The room deposit safe malfunctioned and the receptionist accompanied me to my room with an emergency ‘key’ and fixed it in minutes. There is an Asian buffet every evening for 20 Euros which is great value. Tea making provided in rooms.
This is an excellent hotel and I only had one issue. The room air conditioner struggled to keep the room at a comfortable temperature even after I lowered the setting to about 15 degrees, hoping to drag the temperature down so I could sleep comfortably. I stayed during the recent European heatwave and a functioning air conditioner was important!

The location was great. The staff was friendly.
It is difficult to find this place. There were a few rooms. Mine was close to the entrance. I can hear the noise from the entrance as people ring the bell, come in, and leave. There was a dog running like crazy in the room above me. I could hear it very clearly. The lock on my room was broken. They fixed it after I reported it.
