Személyzet kimondottan segítőkész, elrontottuk a foglalást, de a helyszínen mindent pillanatok alatt megoldottak felár nélkül! Üdvözlő süti nagyon finom volt, óriási és kényelmes ágy volt a szobában és tetszett, hogy csak 1, színtén óriási takaró volt.

A napfényvédő redőny nem működött, óriási pókháló volt a wc felett a sarokban, az ágyban porcicák voltak, de alapvetően tisztának tűnt.

The breakfast was very good. The rooms are spacious. The bed was big and comfortable. I asked for slippers and the staff gave them to us in short time.

The room had a temperature of 10 degrees C when we first arrived, at midnight. The ventilation system and the electrical grid were noisy. The ventilation system in the bathroom can't be turned off in individual rooms, I've been told by the staff that it will be turned off at a random hour after they consider that the showers will not be used (it could be midnight or morning). The electrical noise in the room was stopped when I removed the access card from the power slot, but we were not able to recharge our devices. Not enough pillows.

Personal und Service waren sehr gut.

Ich wollte ein Frühstück dazu buchen und wurde dann an booking verwiesen. Dort sollte ich mich dann wieder beim Hotel melden. Naja ging jetzt auch ohne Frühstück.

I’am a modest person, so in my standards this hotel was great place to stay.

Well, only think that disturb me just a little bit was the room personnel, that bang the doors early in the morning. They probably have a reason to do so, but……that was the only and very minor negative thing.

A lil outside the city center

Elfogadható volt, bár az utolsó napunkon a tojás nem volt megsütve. Nem voltak időben feltöltve a kifogyott italok, tányér se volt. A 21.században, egy Hiltonhoz kapcsolodó szállodában azt gondolom, hogy érdemes lenne már azokra is külön figyelmet fordítani, akik gluténmentesen táplalkoznak, vagy valamilyen ètelintolleranciájuk van.

Megdöbbenve tapasztaltam, hogy amikor megérkeztünk a szállodába, csak bankkártyàval engedèlyezték a szállás kifizetéset. A recepciós hölgy egyáltalán nem volt segítőkész! Ráadasul erről sehol nem tájékoztattak elözetesen, hogy csak bankkártyával lehet fizetni. Aztán érdekes módon a pakolas összegét távozásnál már kilehetett fizetni kézpénzben egy másik kollégánál.

Everything was perfect. The room is so nice and clean. We sleep perfect. The garage is on -1. The staff is amazing. The real professionals, we feel like at home. Next time we want back in this Hotel.

The hotel and room ambience was extremely nice and cozy. We almost felt like we are at our own home.

Hilton offered an upgrade with Balcony and Schönbrunn palace view. That was not the case. We got a balcony which lookd into the inner courtyard of the hotel. That was not nice.

Snídaně - velmi chutné džusy, káva. Jídlo také chutné, ale řekla bych, že tam byl takový ten základ a nevšimla jsem si třeba, že by tam byla zelenina…

Jednoznačně parkování. Pod hotelem jsou veřejné placené garáže a na místo se čeká dlouho.

Good location,friendly and helpful staff,”public” parking underground,we had kings rooms and they were very nice.

Breakfast is delicious and the staff quickly replenished everything.

The staircase is completely closed for use as an alternative to the elevator. At the request to give access to the use of stairs for people with disabilities to use the elevator - it was refused. The queues for the elevator and the occupancy of the elevators are very large every time.

Parkhaus mit 25,50 Euro teuer

Wir hatten ein schönes, großes Zimmer mit ausreichend Platz und Stauraum. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig. Das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich. Die Lage des Hotels ist als Ausgangspunkt für Sightseeing perfekt.

Es wurden Handtücher und Bettwäsche regelmäßig gewechselt. Allerdings hat uns gestört, dass unsere im Zimmer benutzten Kaffeetassen nur in unserem Waschbecken im Bad notdürftig gespült wurden und die Kaffeeränder dann auch nicht beseitigt wurden. Kaffee, Tee und Milch im Zimmer wurden nur auf Nachfrage aufgefüllt, dies allerdings schnell und unkompliziert. Leider war die Sauberkeit am Frühstücksbüffet nicht zufriedenstellend, z.B. verklebte Senfflaschen, klebrige Marmeladenlöffel und undichte Saftbehälter. Die Tische wurden vom Personal notdürftig abgewischt, die Brösel auf den Boden befördert und anschließend sofort wieder neu eingedeckt. Hier wäre eventuell eine Nachbesserung nicht schlecht.

Zimmer mit Verbindungstür…

Leider wurden in 4 Tagen Aufenthalt keine Kaffeekapseln und kein Wasser nachgefüllt…

Das Hotel ist sauber, schön, Personal in jedem Bereich super freundlich. Zimmer war genug groß, Bett sehr bequem. Große Auswahl bei Frühstücksbuffet, alles sehr lecker. Es ist sehr angenehm, dass man bis 10:30 frühstücken kann, und am Abreisetag muss man das Zimmer erst bis 12 Uhr verlassen. Parkgarage ist unter dem Hotel, für Hotelgäste ist günstiger, man kann bei Rezeption zahlen. Lage des Hotels ist auch sehr gut, Schloss Schönbrunn ist 5 min zu Fuß entfernt. Straßenbahnhaltestelle 2 min zu Fuß vom Hotel.

Gute Lage und schönes, modernes Zimmer

Wir sind zum dritten Mal zu dritt in diesem Hotel gewesen immer in einer Suite mit Wohnbereich und Schlafsofa und da es die letzten Male nicht funktioniert hat habe ich vor Anreise darum gebeten dass das Sofabett vorbereitet ist wenn wir spät abends anreisen. Das wurde mir auch bestätigt nur leider war es wieder nicht gemacht. Der Herr der dann mit Bettwäsche kam hatte kein richtiges Leintuch für die sehr fleckige Matratze und brachte dann nach unserer Bitte ein zweites zu kleines Tuch das wir selber auf die Matratze geben mussten. Das Zimmer war länger nicht geputzt der Boden war staubig und im Bad u Wc gab es Silberfischchen. Im Bad weder Watte noch Wattestäbchen. Das die minibar inclusive war wurde uns beim Check out mitgeteilt und die Tiefgarage für zwei Tage ermässigter Preis von 50€ ist auch sehr teuer. Um 11h vormittags war es nicht möglich etwas zu essen aufs Zimmer zu bestellen und der Roomservice fee von 6€ für drei Kaffee ist auch zu viel! Schade das Hotel hätte so viel Potenzial!

The hotel is in very good location! It is near Schronbrunn Palace! There is a good public traffic connections! Very beautiful hotel!

Breakfast was great. The location is very good, close to the Schonbrunn Palace . The receptionist was very kind and helpful. We found free parking very close to the hotel. The room was worm and clean.

Verbesserungsvorschlag: wir hatten ein Buffet, Essen war gut aber leider fehlte die Beschriftung. Am 2. Tag war eine Mitarbeiterin am Buffet und war uns behilflich
