Thank you for a wonderful weekend. Nothing better than waking up with a beach view. Huge windows that make you feel you are right in the sand. Owner and Manager were exceptional. We enjoyed walking the beach with gorgeous sunsets. We felt at home in a beautiful house. Can’t wait to go back!

What a wonderful beach vacation. Beautiful house, wonderful location very uncrowded broad and long beach. Even a pool! Fantastic sunsets every night. We enjoyed the home and beach so much we didn’t leave the house for the week except to go to the grocery store. Can’t wait to return.

We loved our stay at this amazing beach house! It cannot be beat … design, amenities, location. Everything is clean, upgraded and you feel like you are at a five star hotel but with the comforts of a home. I can’t remember if it was listed; but it was a huge relief when we saw there was an electronic pool cover to keep wandering toddlers out of the water. The view from the master bedroom is unparalleled and being lulled to sleep by the ocean relaxed us even further. Our family of 6 with a 12, 9, 7 and 23 month old stayed here with plenty of space and comfort. My daughter picked this house for her birthday trip and she had a long list of criteria that had to be met - this house hit all of them out of the park. There are boogie boards and some sand toys so you do not need to bring your own. Glen, the house manager, is awesome and has great local recommendations. Thank you for sharing your home with us to make some amazing family memories!

Great Location, but not overly impressed.
We live locally and brought a lot of our own stuff, 5 lounge chairs, 3 side tables, coffee makers as well some of our own utensils we like to use. We had Max 11people at house with 2-7 sleeping there.
The good, Location was great, awesome view, side patio and pool was very enjoyable, walk from patio to sand, large kitchen, definitely enough bed and bathrooms. Communication very good with manager. The not so good, only one usable closet out of 5 bedrooms, it was in one of the kids rooms, manager brought up a clothing rack for the master, not a big deal for us but it was for guests. Only 2 love seat size couches inside to sit on, while you spend most of the time outside, if you need to escape the sun, really no where to go in afternoon. Would be very easy to secure umbrella mounts to front and side patio, supply 9 FT tilt umbrellas that could be moved, would make all the difference in the world. Lounge chairs on front patio are comfortable but other than the bench seats no where else to sit comfortably, can’t really move chairs from side patio to front, since we brought our own lounge chairs and side tables not an issue for us, maybe for others. Like any rental on the beach, requires ongoing maintenance, gas pit on side patio leaks gas when lit, should replace corroded ring, BBQ worked OK, could also be replaced not all burners worked and pretty corroded, washing machine has broken knob, limits the amount of water on rinse cycle I think, soap stains on towels and clothes, came right out once rinsed under faucet. Fowl smell from kitchen sink, could be P Trap or maybe rubber gasket for garbage disposal, went and got vinegar and baking soda and used a few candles to get though the time there. Found a vacuum to use in the garage, worked good but was filthy. Lastly for us and our guest, we found the wall art in master to be offensive, 4-5 pictures of nude women to various degrees. We decided to leave 2 days early. I realize everyone has different tastes and style, with a few changes and 1/2 weeks rental $$ this could be a much more comfortable rental.

The beach house is gorgeous. It’s unbeatable in appearance and decor — feels every bit luxurious as you’d expect. There is no other house listed that is more “oceanfront.” Its ON the beach, the sand comes all the way up to the outdoor living area. From there we could easily watch our kids play on an uncrowned beach by the water’s edge or the pool. Great communication from host and manager. Truly a vacation retreat!

This was the perfect house and location for our stay with family members that we hadn’t seen since before the pandemic. Communication with owner and property manager were great and everything in the listing was 100% accurate.

Flawless Family Beach Vacation Home
Paran's home is absolutely perfect for a family beach vacation. It is very well equipped with everything you could need to enjoy the pool, sand, surf, kitchen, etc! The convenience of the ocean being in our front yard and pool in our side yard was unmatched. The kids would bop between playing in the ocean and pool throughout the days, and it was so easy for the parents to relax and keep the little ones entertained. The location of the home is perfect for dining and exploring downtown Ventura and the pier as well. It's a short walk to the iconic Jolly Oyster food truck located in the state park on the weekends (a must go!). Sleeping at night was super comfortable with the ocean breeze and sound of waves - A/C was NOT needed at all. The neighbors and locals were all super friendly and the beach was never crowded. Paran was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. He adjusted the pool temp to our liking at a moments notice whenever we asked. We will certainly be back for future trips with the family and friends!

Beautiful Perfect Beach House
We splurged a bit on this absolutely gorgeous home on the beach and it was absolutely worth every penny. The house itself is very beautifully designed with terrific use of space but the real star of show is the outdoor side yard with pool and the beachfront deck. We stayed with our kids (7 & 9 years old) and they loved the pool and all the toys and books - my daughter even found a new favorite book series. Owner was extremely responsive, and very helpful whenever we had a question. Would absolutely stay again and highly recommend.

Kids would go fly a kite or hop in the water in between distance learning classes, and we went on bike rides during lunch. The home has gorgeous views and is well appointed, and we were very pleased with the Covid safety precautions. The owner could not have been nicer or more responsive. Would love to visit again soon.

Hidden Gem
I'm torn writing a review of this house, because it's so incredible and I don't want to have to fight everyone to book again! In all seriousness, this house is the perfect beach house for anyone who cares about high quality, thoughtful design combined with beachfront access (and a swimming pool!) This is a truly special property with a lot of attention paid to the smallest details - chef's kitchen with great dishes, pans, knives and other tools; great sheets, towels and thoughtfully placed blankets throughout the house for cool beach evenings; dedicated entertainment options via Sonos + Apple TV; integrated lighting and shade controls, etc. And a gym. My wife and I had a blast - only leaving the house to drive 5 mins to buy a wetsuit. Thanks again for an amazing stay, we're already planning our return.

Beautiful Oceanfront Beach Home
Wow! This beautiful home made our vacation stay just perfect! The house is right on the beach with a large deck including a fire pit and heated pool! Not to mention lots of outdoor seating and lounge chairs to enjoy the incredible beach views and sunsets!
The interior of the home is updated and modern wth perfect beach touches. There is plenty of space for a large family and has 2 adorable children’s rooms with bunk beds. The master bedroom is a retreat facing the beach to enjoy the view from bed!
The house is also easily accessible and has a driveway for easy parking.
We will most certainly be back to rent this house! Thank you!!

A calm, fun and welcoming get away
Beautiful , clean and stylish home right on the beach with total access to the sand and water. Clean, fresh and well appointed. Kitchen is an open galley style that flows well with everything needed to cook and be comfortable. Bedrooms good sized and tastefully decorated . Bathrooms are bright, clean and modern. Location of bedrooms was ideal for our multigenerational large family . This house wraps you in calm and relaxation. One of its best features is that the back of house faces the ocean with a deck goes completely around two sides of the house. This deck has a low wall that kept the kids safely within reach but was spacious enough for them to play . In addition the house features an entire wall of windows that allows you to see the beach, waves, dolphins and sunset from either inside or outside. The deck is ideal for adults to sun, read or hang out and visit. Great Restaurants and wonderful little stores and shops were all within a short walking distance. So no fighting traffic or looking for parking needed. We had a wonderful week here and completely decompressed from our busy daily lives. We are looking forward to going back again and if lucky again and again.

Great beach vacation
I was exceptionally happy with my week stay at this property (8-1-18 to 8-7-18). It is modern, spacious, clean, and well appointed. An outstanding point is it's location. You are right on the beach when using the west most patio and that same view is available (retractable shades) from the living room and the master suite upstairs. There is also a patio that is wind protected by glass with similar view and a rear patio with a pool and table area. We enjoyed making Smores at the gas fire pits in two of the patios.
Walking on the beach was a joy because it was not crowded and much more natural than beaches in the LA area, with sand dunes, and lots of shells and rocks to collect. The town of Ventura is really cool too with many mom and pop stores, great eating spots and some good live music. It's really a low key area-very relaxed.
The friendly owner provided good written instructions and was available by phone.

Simply Amazing!
This place is wonderful! This beach house is well designed, spacious, clean and the rooms are incredible. What a view from the main floor living space. The decks provide privacy and proximity to the beach and the pool is an added bonus! The location couldn't be better - the beach is on your door step.The stay, from start to finish, was managed with the greatest expertise and hospitality! It was better than what I was expecting and have no problem recommending this rental to anyone.

We had an amazing stay at this Uber Chic California Cool beach house! The house is situated on a beautiful sandy beach w volleyboklk courts and views that are stunning. A short walk to nearby coffee shops and restaurants as well as a park makes this location fantastic for all.
The house was very clean, stylish, and well equipped. You can bbq, dip in the pool, and make s’mores all on the charming deck overlooking the ocean!
Would stay here again and again! If you want a stylish and fresh experience, this is the house for you!

Just incredible! Never wanted to leave.
Beachfront at its best. The deck, fire pits and pool made for great entertaining day and night. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need to prep meals though we enjoyed using the outdoor BBQ the most. We loved looking out at the ocean and seeing dolphins from the kitchen and living room. The bedrooms are beautifully decorated and comfortable. The upstairs gym was a fun bonus! There was ample parking for us all of us, 6 adults with 3 cars. We would’ve loved to have our grandchildren with us as they would have enjoyed playing with all the sand toys. Just a stunning house! I can’t believe it’s a rental.
