Everything – this was my second. It’s a great place to stay when visiting Stratford-upon-Avon or the Cotswolds.

Lovely place to stay. Isobel was lovely and such a good host. Breakfast was great, with plenty of choice. Lovely clean room, and decorated in a boutique style. Really secure property, and it was very quiet.

The whole house was spotlessly clean. We were made very welcome. The breakfast was excellent. The location was peaceful, with a beautiful rural view from our bedroom window.

The photos really didn't do the room justice, it was a good size, exceptionally clean and the bed was very very comfortable. The breakfast was fabulous - the fresh fruit salad was so good and the cooked breakfasts used quite obviously quality ingredients, generous portions and absolutely beautifully cooked. The host is lovely - that rare quality of being both friendly and professional. Would recommend without hesitation!

I struggle to find anything we didn't like - if I'm being picky then the TV was a little small for the room and my husband would have liked the option of black pudding with his Full English. However these are truly minor details!

The property is so beautiful, the bed was super comfortable, the bedroom super clean and Isobel (the owner) is just the best host. The breakfast was very nice, and had a great variety of food.

There is a nice aspect from the room. The breakfast was exceptional – Isobel is an amazing cook. it’s just a 12 minute drive from Stratford-upon-Avon so I managed to fit in a trip to the theatre too: an added bonus

I didn't realize there was a different price for multiple guests so had to pay extra on the day . £20 for a second person felt a bit high.

Good location for accessing the Cotswolds. Very experienced B&B owner who was friendly and helpful with advice. Breakfast was excellent.

Choice of breakfast, especially smoked haddock with poached egg. Privacy: host was available but not intrusive, helpful in sending on a jacket we forgot.

Lovely location, beautiful room. Good choice of breakfast and good quality food.

No real improvement needed but I am not keen on sink in room arrangement. That is just a personal thing. Toilet and shower facilities excellent.
