Room and bathroom very inviting. That shower!

The receptionist at the front desk is quite nice. They introduced things clearly and were very enthusiastic. Although the parking procedure is a bit complicated, overall it's still acceptable. It just makes us feel a little unaccustomed. We need to hand over our car keys to their staff, which makes us a bit uneasy.

One night in the middle of the night, we heard a man pounding violently on the door of a certain room. The noise was extremely loud and he was very rude. Later, we heard him talking to a woman, which made us feel very unsafe. The room cleaning and maintenance are really poor. The handle in the shower area is broken, yet no one has reported it and we can only make do with it. The shampoo dispenser in the shower doesn't pop back up after being pressed, and no one has taken care of it either. What's even worse, the housekeeping staff didn't place bath towels on the floor for two consecutive days. The surrounding environment is rather bad. When we drove here, we couldn't see the hotel entrance at all. Eventually, we ended up in front of a restaurant. Only after asking the restaurant staff did we know that the small red door was the hotel entrance. It's really hard to spot from the outside. The surrounding area is also rather dirty and messy. Maybe it's because it's in a Chinatown. Overall, the environment is a bit subpar. Of course, this has nothing to do with the hotel itself.
