Kokonaisuutena perushyvä ja melko siisti hotelli. Huoneesta oli hyvät näkymät kohti Manhattania ja huoneessa oli erittäin paljon sähkö- ja USB-pistokkeita elektroniikan lataamista varten. Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä. Sijainti oli lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä Flushingin keskustan ravintoloista ja kaupoista.
Aamiainen oli huono vitsi. Booking.comin mukaan olisi pitänyt olla lisähintaan buffetaamiainen, mutta tämä ei pitänyt paikkaansa. Aamiaisella piti tilata listalta jokainen ruoka erikseen ja isoa osaa listan ruuista ei edes ollut saatavilla. Homma toimi myös erittäin hitaasti. Yhden teekupin ja tater totsien hakemiseen kului lähes puoli tuntia vaikka edelläni oli vain yksi asiakas. Lisäksi hotellihuoneen ilmastointi oli todella äänekäs, aivan kuin joku olisi leikannut metallia rälläkällä. Tämän takia öisin ei voinut pitää ilmastointia päällä ollenkaan.

The rooms were clean and quiet, beds were comfortable.
After a flight cancelation at LaGuardia, we searched booking.com for a hotel with a restaurant, which was clearly advertised along with photos. We even called the number provided who said the restaurant was open till ten. However on arrival, guess what…no restaurant. Closed since last April. No food or bar at this hotel. In fact, only the nearby Chinese restaurant was the only option. This was a serious omission and I fault booking.com for providing misleading and false info about this property. The hotel was fine but overpriced with no amenities.

super nice and artsy. i loved the artwork on the wall. the shower was amazing! complimentary microwave and mini fridge upon request was amazing. nespresso machine and smart tv in each room. we had a view of the cityscape, exactly as the picture showed. super soft blankets and pillows! mattress could use a topper lol but awesome headboard and super nice lamps. windows are wrap around and curtains are blackout! upgraded A/C system; the room got super warm and cold quickly when we needed it. really nice long hallway in rooms with a mirror right in front of the bathroom door. i loved my stay at hotel indigo flushing. i would 100% come back.
the location. it looked janky driving up and the view below the hotel isn’t pretty but the view straight ahead is great. you can see basically everything you’d want to see from your hotel in queens. excessive honking but hey, that’s New York. the windows had a great deal though so it wasn’t loud at all when shut.

The room is very clean and modern. And the beds are very comfy.
Elevator was not working well and it takes over 10 minutes to wait for elevator. Out of two elevators, only one was working.

Hotel was great location for LaGuardia airport. Nice rooms, really helpful staff. Great shuttle.
Room was clean but bathroom lights flickered and sheet had a hole. No big deal though. Only stayed for 1 night

The hotel was comfortable pleasant clean and safe. I will recommend this hotel to others. We had a great view room looking over to Brooklyn. And Vip parking it was worth paying.
One thing I saw was that I didn't care about the dogs in the hotel. And maybe they have a special floor . Just for people with dogs. Some people are allergic to animals. But the hotel was great and you can order fiod.

It was close to the airport and had an amazing view.
I had to wait an hour before my room was ready. I asked do a blanket for the pullout couch but never received it.

The hotel seemed very safe and secure; the facilities are new, clean, and well-taken care of, and the room was quiet and relaxing. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Location was a bit dodgy, even if the hotel was safe and secure. A bit pricey for what they offer perhaps, even if the facilities were clean and well taken care of.

The room carpet is warped in certain areas that could be a trip hazard.

it is very close to Citi Field and I walked to and home from my concert. it was clean, the room was spacious and the breakfast was good, not a buffet as I expected but the food came quickly. staff was helpful. no kettle in the room which wasn’t great but in the morning there was hot water in the lobby.
nothing really. the hall carpets are a bit tired but not horrible.

The front desk went out of their way to make changes to better accommodate us. We were given a free breakfast which was very good as well as a friendly staff.
Temperature in the room was hard to adjust. Extremely loud fan and ac.

friendly and diligent front desk staff
we found a light in the bed under the sheets.
So that tells us that the sheets were not changed.
didn’t want to make a fuss at the front desk because we were leaving the next morning.

The restaurant does not have very many options for dining. I asked for an item on the menu, they didn’t have. The next day I asked for a breakfast item on the menu, they did not have it either. They should not advertise a bar because you could only get beer or wine.

The hotel night manager was extremely condescending and arrogant. Instead of digging the situation, he doubled down on his condescension towards me. He was nice to other hotel patrons than he was me. I even had to call the cops and file a report, because the whole encounter led me to believe that he was being prejudiced and discriminatory.
