The description and facilities on offer are highly misleading. No bath but a shower. Toilets don’t flush properly. Rooms are not as described. The flat screen to is the size of a computer monitor

The rooms advertised are opposite of what is offered

the location of the facility is ok, the breakfast is good but very few variety of what to take.

the so called executive suit doesn't qualify for the name. even though i arrived late the room was not ready, some of the items were to be sort from another room and it was not until we asked for them, the tv was set on cartoon channels and there was no way we could change, we requested for it to be set on local channels but though we were promissed it was never done.

Friendly and efficient staff, easy check-in, sauna, roof top bar/restaurant.

Room was ok in size, but window frame was so loose it rattled in the wind - loudly. The bathroom flooded when the shower was used - the water drained away from the drain so that entire bathroom floor swimming in water. The sauna was an added bonus - it is an extra which is fine but the steam room was not turned on/working which made it an expensive hour just for a sauna.

Some staff were friendly

The room was dirty,I slept on beddings that had previously been used without being changed. Towels are not replaced. Food is exorbitantly very high. For the price i wouldn't expect a bar soap to be offered for a shower.I wouldn't recommend it.

The meals were very good and generous quantity as well as affordable especially the breakfast was top notch.

They forgot the decor we had requested.
