fastest elevator we ever used, great breakfast downstairs at Waterscapes restaurant.
i would recommend bringing your own paper towels and toilet paper because the ones provided are the green type and not very good at all.
Bellman was way to pushy and would not let us use a cart unless we used his service and made us move our car to parking lot and unload from there. Not a good way to start off your vacation!

Honestly can't find anything to complain about with this property. There was plenty of room for all 7 of us to spread out. The pool was outstanding and there was always a table/chair available no matter what time you went down. The location is also perfect in that it isn't in a very busy area but you can get anywhere in 10-20 minutes. Would definitely stay here again!

We had maintenance issues but, the front desk didn't answer the phone. So, I had to walk down to ask for help. One day it was raining in the guest bathroom and the ceiling was black before we left. Maintenance people were great very pleasant. The pool was not cleaned well but was not super dirty. the indoor pool was COLD! There was not a lot of options to have dinner or food. The menu was limited.

The resort was nice and the pool area was enjoyable. The condo needs some updates. There was black mold above the shower in the bathroom and the hooks were falling out of the wall. The keys to the elevator were not ready when we got there despite following the instructions we were given. Also, the key to the elevator would stop working if placed by a cell phone. Being both the key and my phone need to be placed in my purse, this was annoying that the elevator key never worked. The hotel staff did not seem very knowledgeable or overly helpful.

Our stay at this condo and resort was lovely. The condo lived up to the expectations that were set by the description. The resort was quiet. We wanted to be removed from the main activity of Myrtle Beach and this was a great place for that. The pool and hot tubs were lovely, the staff was friendly and we had no issues in the condo. If you visit this area, we highly recommend trying out the mini golf courses! They are top notch. My only complaint would be that our keys were not ready when we got there. We followed the instructions and called the number we were given to let them know we would be there in 30 minutes. We had to wait another 45-60 minutes after our arrival to get into our condo because the keys weren't ready. A small issue, but an issue nonetheless.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We chose this location because I was attending a conference in the ballroom at the resort
The location is not on the beach, which I didn't think would be a big deal until I realized that the resort does not offer shuttle service to the beach after September. We were also not able to access the resort's private beach because it is also not accessible after September. However, the zero entry pool and hot tubs were great. The room had a very funky, sewer smell, and needs some updates - for example, at least 2 of the floor transition strips are completely unattached and the kitchen faucet is missing the top piece. The resort is located in a very nice area with lots of things to do and great restaurants, and we did not experience much congested traffic during our stay. Kids had a blast!

The property is in an accelent location. Buildings need a bit of TLC, specially the elevators. The unit had amazing views, was very specious, and fairly clean. Except for some black mold on the kitchen sink, some of the bathroom sinks were missing the stoppers and there was sign of mold in one of the bathroom sinks and the shower/bathtub.

Great location. Clean, well stocked unit (plenty of utensils). Had everything we needed for a week vacation. Check in instructions were provided a couple of days before check in. I called a half hour prior to arrival and they had my key card available within minutes. Full service available to assist with luggage cart on arrival and discharge. Friendly staff. Nothing to complain about by me. I would definitely return and recommend!

The vacation was a chance for us to be with family. While the property had all the necessities it lacked the sparkle of what I expected. This unit is just in okay condition. The owners need to replace all the furniture as it is extremely worn and dated. The kitchen needs more silverware and the pots and pans are worn and warped really bad. The balcony furniture is worn and the chairs are falling apart. The pool and hot tubs were nice but the sauna was broken. Overall I would say it was just ok. Definitely not worth the $3500 I paid for a week.

We have 4 children ages 15-23. We stayed for a week and had the best time relaxing at the pool, shuttling to a beach chair at the ocean each day, boogie boarding, and sight seeing in the area. We utilized the kitchen and ate out once a day. It turned out to be a great family vacation!

I was very pleased with this property. The condo was clean and in an excellent location. Check in was a little difficult. Once we were settled everything went very smooth. The condo was stocked well. The only suggestion I would make for this particular unit it to add to the amount of silverware and utensils that are available. Overall we had a fantastic time and would definately stay here again.

This was a last minute booking, as my original plans fell through. Luxury Beach Rental and team member Lauren saved my family's weekend. Our stay was beyond what was expected. The resort was Gorgeous we can't wait to return to Myrtle Beach. We definitely plan to stay at this location again. Definitely a 5-star stay for any traveler. We rented this condo for our family of 8 and had a great time. We had plenty of room and the two balconies were great! We had one small issue and the rental company handled it immediately. A tip is to use the free shuttle to the beach as they provide beach chairs and umbrellas. Would love to stay here again next year.

This place is huge, bathrooms very spacious, very clean and stocked. The view from both both balconies (yes, there are 2), is amazing! Some cooking pots can be changed, but overall we are very satisfied. Thank you!
