Wonderful accommodations in a location close to many downtown attractions within walking distance.

We had a lovely family vacation and enjoyed our stay at this historic property. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The living area was perfect for relaxing after exploring the town. The location was perfect and close to all of the downtown attractions. We would highly recommend staying here!

We had a family of 6 stay here during a baseball tournament. 2 grandparents, Parents and 2 kids. It was just perfect. The historic feel and location were perfect for our group. The beds were super comfy and the kitchen provided everything we needed for a 3 night stay! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your house! :)

We had a great time staying here for our son's college graduation week. Close to down town, across from a beautiful cathedral in the front. Deb was a great host, very accommodating and even made sure the deck was finished for our arrival with a new grill! The property is truly vintage and is a work in progress, but the important things like the bedrooms, and linens, etc were excellent! For anyone that may have a problem with stairs, this may not be a place for you. Dubuque is built on a bluff so there are 25+/- stairs in the back to get up to the first floor of the home and then in the home, the only bathroom is up another long flight. The history of the building, the high ceilings, stained glass and perfect comfortable furniture truly made it feel like a home away from home. Thanks, Deb and Good Luck!

We had 4 adult women there for a girl's trip. It was so much nicer than staying in a hotel, because we could be together without piling into someone's bedroom. The owner was very friendly and quickly resolved any issue we had, which were only minor. Beautiful house, very centrally located and easy to get to. Highly recommend this VRBO.
