Our trip was to bring my children and grandchildren together for a Family Christmas Disneyland trip During Christmas's. This home was perfect for our family of 10 . We had 6 adult's 4 children. We used the 2 bunk bed rooms for the kids that worked out great .the other 3 for us adults. Each room had a TV in them not that my kids used them lol The master room was nice for Mimi and Papa to get plenty of rest. i loved having the little room with the sofa upstairs and its a bigger area than it looks in the photos online the kids liked to hang out there with Mimi .The kitchen -we really didn't cook much but it looked well stocked. they provided a regular coffee maker that worked well for us . We were at Disneyland 4 of the 6 nights of our stay. Our visit began Dec. 22 and we loved having the Christmas tree in the downstairs Livingroom Thank you ! . Bathrooms were clean and stocked with towels , shampoo, conditioners they had blow dryers. They do have the pool towels also that are downstairs in the dining area. They ask you to wash your towels before you leave and ask that you don't leave wet towels on the garage floor so you can tell people have been leaving them on top of the ping pong table because its warped a bit, NO basket is provided for you. The kids loved playing pool and Ping-Pong.
We took Uber and lyft, uber depending on the day and hour of our ride it ranged from $8.00 to $26.00 still cheaper than Disney parking. This house worked out great for us . Thank you

Check in was as easy as can be. Communication with LaDonna was great. The house was clean when we arrived. Plenty of room for our extended family trip. We were able to see the Disney fireworks from the house which was really cool. The game room was great and the kids loved the pool. Distance from Disney couldn’t be beat either!

We really enjoyed our stay. It had all the amenities we needed. We ran into small issues and they were so quick to respond and handle all our requests. We loved the safety features available for small children. We were so impressed by how beautiful and comfortable to home was. It was perfect to watch the nightly fireworks. We decided not to walk since it was a little further than we wanted to walk late, but it was only a short uber ride away. Will stay again and recommend to all our family.

I was very hopeful that this place would work out. It had enough bedrooms, lots of space and tables, a grill and pool. Overall cleanliness was good but the photos are out of date, especially the photo of the pool. We went back and forth with the maintenance manager about the pool until the point where he showed up to the house. He had an ipad in hand ready to show me the camera footage to prove to me the pool was cleaned. It wasn’t about ensuring we had a good stay, it was about proving the pool cleaners stopped by. Our entire party didnt use the pool for the entire 6 days we were there. The concern i have is the contract said that the cameras would only be monitored between 10pm and 9am but the maintenance man clearly was looking at the footage of 10:45am to prove a point to me.
Beyond the pool issue, there were a couple of issues here and there that surprised me for the amount of money we were paying to stay there. They had misleading listing of two queen size beds were actually full size, as the couples sleeping on them knew the sizes of queen sized beds as that is what they sleep on at home. The jacuzzi in the master bedroom looked not maintained. The furniture was pretty worn with scratches and dinks here and there. The kitchen knives are all dull, there was a lack of wine glasses.
Overall, I wouldn’t want to stay at this house or other properties owned by this property manager unfortunately. I wanted to make it work but the upkeep isn't all there.

We had two families of four staying together for several days in order to visit Disneyland and the beach, and this property checked all of the boxes. Everything was ready for us on arrival. It was clean overall (although the wood floors on the main level made our feet dirty on the bottoms), bedrooms were immaculate, and there was so much space for the kids to spread out and play.
We did have an issue with the ice dispenser clogging anytime we tried to fill a glass, and the maintenance contact was responsive. We had ice, though, just had to manually fill cups. There was also an exterior leak from what appeared to be a pipe on the upper portion of the house on the back, which looks like it’s been there a while due to the algae growing outside from where it was pooling…but it didn’t impact our stay. The pool was clean and had plenty of rafts/tubes for the kids. The game room was a great addition, but due to city regulations, you can’t play in there (or swim outside) after 10 p.m. No fault of the owners, quiet hours just are what they are.
This property is only a short drive to Disney. We initially thought it might be walkable since it says one mile…it’s not. There is a park that is a minute or two walk just up the street. We visited one of the beaches nearby, which was about a 30 minute drive. The property owners provided beach towels, which was really nice touch!
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again if given the opportunity. Thank you for having us!

This neighborhood is stunning. I'm not used to seeing people walk the neighborhood near things called trees and grass (we live in Arizona). There is a family park 2 minutes away, great food within 1 mile, and it's 4 minutes from Disneyland. The house is older and has a few issues, but that's the great part. It is more like an everyday home and not some house that you are afraid to relax in. The pool was warm (paid heating) and the grandkids loved it. There were trash bags, laundry pods, dishes, paper towels and toilet paper, dishwasher pods, cleaning supplies, and towels for both personal use and swimming. There were TVs in every room, enough beds for 10 of us (we still had 2 pull-out sofas we didn't use), and the bunk beds were large enough for adults. They had strollers if you needed to borrow one, plus they had an older ping pong and pool table to keep you occupied. The weather was simply amazing and the housecleaning rules were simple and painless. I miss just driving the neighborhood. Everything was super clean and felt like a used home, which to me, was great because a home is not perfect, and has some minor flaws, but you feel safe and warm hanging out with family. This was my first rental and the process was complicated at first, but as I acclimated myself, it got easier with each day. Thank you for opening the home to our family.

Beautiful property, lots of room for the whole family. Lots of extra pillows which was nice. Kitchen was stocked, but no cleaning supplies. Counter top or sanitizer after cooking. We didn’t notice until after we made our store run. I would stay again in a heartbeat. Garage playroom so fun

This was my first time using VRBO but I will definitely do it again!!! I Loved this property and Everyone I worked with at VRBO was Amazing. We ended up having a small issue with the heating cooling unit and the prior renters left something stinky in the garbage disposal. I contacted the property manager and could not be happier with his professionalism and quick response. I would very happily stay here again and highly recommend it. It made our trip and actually saved us a lot of money by not renting a bunch of hotel rooms for the 9 of us!!! Thank You VRBO for a Fantastic vacation and memories with our Grandchildren!!!

As they state, the house is not pristine but honestly, even most hotels I’ve stayed at aren’t. Overall, very clean and comfortable. We had a full-size fridge to accommodate food for a group of 8 which saved us tons of money. We chose to Uber/Lyft to and from Disney each day which was cheaper than daily parking. Able to see the fireworks while swimming each evening before curfew was a plus. The property manager was very responsive. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Overall very nice property.
Nice pool for young teens.
Close to all amenities including Disneyland and freeways.
Only issue was the bed on the second floor squeaked and shook so badly - needs repair or replacement.
Carpets on second floor should be replaced with flooring as they were very dirty.

We had a group of 10 that traveled for a conference and the home was perfect. We were away most of the day, but were around at night to cook, enjoy the pool and even walk to downtown Disney to enjoy the fireworks. I will mention, that the fold out couches were thin and very uncomfortable, but the house met our needs in every other way and was perfect for our needs.

The location was great for Disney. Easy access to expressways and close to grocery stores and restaurants. Pullout couches were a little thin and uncomfortable for an adult to sleep on, but the beds were very comfortable. We spent the last day enjoying the house…the pool table and pool came in very handy! Prompt responses when minor issues occurred. ❤️

Everything was terrific!! Perfect location for us and size for our family get together. Everything was clearly labeled and detailed. It made it very easy to manage the house for entrance and exit. Definitely would stay here again..

Our purpose was to go to Disneyland, which we did each day from 8am-12midnight each day. So we didn’t spend much time at the house. But it was a great place to come “home” to. I see that it is not available anymore? We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

We stayed for 9 days and were extremely blessed to find such an amazing property. It was less than 5 min to Disneyland and located in a great neighborhood. Our ability to communicate with the management to add days was awesome. We were extremely i.pressed with how the stay went and everything that was avaliable right around the property.

Location was great especially if you are looking to explore Disneyland. Short drive to parking garage or Uber was very inexpensive for family of 4. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Lots of water damage to the outside and one of the downstairs bedroom and mildew present by pool area. Slipped but my cat like reflexes kept me from becoming a human pretzel. Upkeep on the pool and outdoor appliances was poor/dirty but served its purpose. Place seemed bigger in pictures but suitable for my family. Ran out of toilet paper and trash liners while there. Advise: ask ahead of time for more or stash a roll somewhere. Shi* happens!!!! Had that experience. 🤪

Property was very clean, rooms were better than expected. Kitchen looked and worked great. Jogged in the morning, neighborhood and neighbors were great, nearby park was a plus, all shopping was within the area, and place was cool upon entry. Family loved it, so I have no bad reviews whatsoever.

This property was great for a large family with young kids. We were pleased to discover strollers and pack-n-plays waiting for us. The house was beautiful and large enough for our group of 8 to enjoy our 'own space" while also being able to gather together. There were lots of TVs and other entertainment items, but we didn't need most of those because the house is located less than a mile from The Disneyland Resort. The location made it super-easy to get there and back (which was great for young kids who needed afternoon naps). The pool was a nice bonus. The property manager was helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

This house was beautiful. I really don’t think the photos do it justice! The space is a lot larger than what the photos are able to capture. I visited in July with my family, there was a total of 10 of us. 6 adults and 4 children. Even the bunk beds are large enough for one adult to comfortably sleep in. We visited 3 different beaches and each day it took us about half an hour to get there. Not bad at all. That’s primarily the reason we visited California from AZ is to go to the beach! This property definitely is strict with noise / curfew. I think curfew is 9pm if I remember correctly and there was a noise machine that measured whether or not we were outside making noise past 9pm. Which I totally understand, this is a residential neighborhood where real families live. We just moved our conversations inside once it got close to that time. This place is super close to Disney! We heard / fire works each night. :) Also there’s a gorgeous park within 3-5 minutes walking distance! Overall we had a great stay and would definitely consider coming back. 😊

Short family stay-cay
Myself and extended family stayed at this home for almost a week. There was plenty of room for everyone. Wish we had more time to enjoy the pool. House was conveniently located. While there we visited Sea World, Huntington Beach, and caught a Dodgers baseball game. Plenty of restaurants and shopping facilities close by. If your party plans on utilizing pullout couch beds, maybe plan on bringing some extra linens and pillows. House is adequately stocked to meet most of your day to day needs. It was an overall great stay.

Love the house, pool, the location and neighborhood. fantastic place and oober close to diz-knee-land. the hardest part of the trip was finding the 10th remote.

It's too far to walk if you're going to walk around both parks during the day. Uber East delivery was great and the location is easy for the drivers as well.

Outside hours are limited based on city zoning - I understand quiet, but even being outside after hours seems a little odd, especially since you won't get home from the park early enough to use the pool. There are cameras on the outdoor section, so we didn't give it a try. There are alarms on the doors for the pools, so you get used to hitting them off on every exit. But you won't be leaving a door open to come and go. One of the alarms in the main floor bedroom with access to the pools needed maintenance.
There is no early check-in or late checkout without additional hourly rates. There's a daily heating rate for the pool, so make sure the weather accommodates, or you'll pay the fee and not use it. It's a little nickle-diming, but it's posted in advance and wasn't a surprise.

Disneyland trip
It was our second time renting this house. It is only minutes to the parking garage at Disneyland. It’s so close you can see nightly fireworks from driveway. Kitchen is well equipped and lots of seating. We enjoyed the yard with pool and barbecue. It has pool table and ping pong in garage.

Perfect family home
This home was perfect for my family of 7. Very clean, and spacious. The pool was heated and ready to use when we got there. Lots of living space. Plenty of room to accommodate everyone. Quiet neighborhood
