Nicely upgraded pool home perfect for three families.
Our home has five bedrooms and four bathrooms. There are three master suites, two with Cal king beds and one with a Queen—all with private bathrooms. The ensuite bathrooms are beautifully upgraded with marble countertops, custom-paneled vanities, and travertine tile. The showers have been custom-designed with travertine/marble inlays. The two children's rooms have full-over-full bunk beds. The children's rooms have access to a full bath in the hallway. The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality. All bedrooms have a 43-inch plasma TV.
The kitchen is spacious with granite countertops, paneled cabinetry, and black appliances: dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, gas stovetop, and microwave. Right off the kitchen is a full-size washer and dryer for guests. The open-concept dining and family room provide plenty of space to entertain. The couch has a queen sleeper sofa. The glass sliding door opens to the deck and pool area. There is plenty of space to soak up the sun on our scored concrete deck surround — plenty of seating on our outdoor patio set and loungers. Natural gas BBQ grill.
The game room in the detached garage has a STIGA ping pong table, air hockey, and a pool table. Strollers, high chairs, pack-n-play, and booster seats are available for your infants and toddlers.
The main living room has high-speed wireless internet. The home has central air and heat.
This house SLEEPS 13 in Beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 13 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors).
Maximum Vehicles 2. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles.
Minimum Stay 3 Nights
No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code
No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. If the home has a game room, these quiet hours also apply.
Pricing includes a mandatory pool fee: pool is heated to 82.
All major credit cards and debit cards are accepted.
A refundable $300 security deposit is due at the time of booking.
A signed contract, guest list, and ID are required at booking.

Bring extra floaties for the pool. Great location to Disneyland.

House is as advertised. Smallish living area for 5 bedrooms but if you are planning on being at Disney that shouldn’t be a problem. Hot water issue needs to be resolved. Host was very responsive to trying to fix the issue, but we struggled to get hot water during our stay. The deposits in the water were clogging the taps and shower heads so the flow rate wasn’t strong enough for the hot water to engage. We were able to get hot water by turning on multiple taps, but corrections to the water system are necessary if you want to get expected water pressure and hot water. I would also suggest a WiFi upgrade as connection was slow and coverage on house not complete. This was my first time renting in Anaheim, so I suspect rules are the same for all properties, but the list of things you can’t do and alarms on doors accessing the pool are also a negative that I suppose can’t be avoided.

We loved the pool, & pool table, and ping-pong table, the queen bed with the bathroom was very uncomfortable, and the king bed by the two bedroom was very uncomfortableThe outdoor table had lots of spiderwebs, took a long time to clean it and inside the box where the swim toys were lots of spiderwebs we had to clean inside it too, but everything else was nice. Thank you.

It was Perfect, clean and my whole family was together in one home for the Disney vacation. New Year’s Eve was perfect and the kids watched the Disney fireworks from the back yard. The pool was a godsend for wound up kids. Getting in and out was a breeze. I couldn’t ask for better.
