Welcome to our Beautiful Pool Home, designed to accommodate 4+ families. It features six bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, with designer decor and upgrades, including granite kitchen counters, tiled bathrooms, and wood floors.
The home includes two Cal-King master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Additionally, two more Cal-King beds share a Jack 'n' Jill bathroom. The remaining two bedrooms are children's rooms with full-over-full bunk beds. These children's rooms share a hall bathroom with a shower/bathtub.
The main living area is a beautiful open-concept space featuring an upgraded kitchen with granite countertops, custom paneled cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances, including a stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. The dining room comfortably seats 10, with additional seating at the kitchen countertop bar and breakfast nook. The family room offers ample seating with a large sectional that includes a queen-size sleeper.
Outside, you can relax in our sparkling pool with a Jacuzzi and enjoy outdoor seating with a natural gas BBQ grill. The pool temperature is controlled remotely from our office, ensuring it will be ready and at the perfect temperature when you arrive.
A full-size washer, dryer for guest use, and a half bath are conveniently located right off the kitchen. The garage has been converted to a fun game room with a foosball table, air hockey table, and ping-pong table. We also provide strollers, high chairs, pack-n-play, and booster seats for infants and toddlers. The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality.
The main living room boasts a 60-inch TV with a DVD player, and high-speed wireless internet is included for entertainment. The home is equipped with central heating and air conditioning. Our home is just a short walk to Disneyland and Anaheim Convention Center, and you can watch the Disneyland fireworks from the yard.
This house SLEEPS 15 in Beds and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 15 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors).
Maximum Cars is 4. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles.
Minimum Stay 3 Nights
No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code
No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. If the home has a game room, these quiet hours also apply.
Pricing includes a mandatory pool/jacuzzi fee. The pool is heated to 82, and Jacuzzi to 102
*All Major credit cards and checks are accepted.
A refundable $500 security deposit is due at the time of booking.
A signed contract, guest list, and ID are required at booking.

These houses are for overnight sleeping purposes ONLY. You CAN NOT rent these houses for ANY type of gathering or event. If you reside within 50 miles of this house, there will be an extra $500 security deposit to ensure city rules and regulations are kept. In addition, the homes are protected with Security Cameras. There are NO inside cameras.
All rentals booked within 2 weeks of arrival:
Extra screening/background checks and proof of payment are required. The name and address of the cardholder must match the details of the booking person. Last-minute bookings will be rejected if they do not match.
No local rentals where renter lives within 100 Miles of the Home.
We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that is; suspicious of fraudulent behavior, determined to be made under any false pretenses, or for any purposes that would violate city/state or federal law. great stay! house was perfect size for our family of 11 and location so close to disneyland! two things to know about the house tho- pool was not heated not a big deal if in hot summer but was a little cool for us in may also and most important- unable to turn a/c down past 72! this was not cool enough for us - luckily we had cool nights but will be a problem in the summer for sure overall the place is very nice and had plenty of towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo ect more than any other house we have rented before also very big plus there were 6 strollers in the garage! wish we had known bf renting great stay!

Excellent. Very pleased Family group of 13 with kids ranging from 4-19. Plenty of space, plenty of restrooms. Very nice pool & spa. House is clean and well cared for. Quiet neighborhood. Our Teenagers walked from house through Downtown Disney Security check, and to the main gates in about 20 minutes to open the parks. Only regret was that we should have scheduled a day off, or two, from the parks to relax at the house and enjoyed the pool more.

The home was super clean and had everything we needed for our family vacation. The pool is beautiful and the kids loved the game room. Although we didn’t need it, there was loads of baby gear; high chair, several strollers, pack and play etc. This is a perfect place for families!

This was one of the best and worst experiences I've had at a vacation rental. I will start with the positives. This home is the cleanest house I have ever stayed at, 10/10!!! If you are going to Anaheim for Disneyland or to be away from the house the majority of your stay, this home is perfect for you! The negatives. We were not in Anaheim for Disneyland. We were there for our 12 yo son's national baseball tournament. We were also there to visit family in California. After booking with the property I was emailed a large contract with the most house rules I have ever read/signed. During our stay I was so stressed out about breaking a rule, such as having a vehicle parked in the street, not being inside the home by 10:00 pm, making sure all the towels are washed before checking out, making sure all the dishes are washed before checking out(and the dishwasher only works during the day!) I was more stressed out at the house, worrying about breaking a rule, than I was about watching my son play at this major Southwest Regional tournament. This house did not seem to go by VRBO's motto, "to help families everywhere find the perfect holiday home to reconnect with eachother." If you are going to Anaheim for Disney, this house is perfect! For any other reason, I would rent a house outside of Anaheim.
