it’s accessible to airport but rough road on the streets

the toilet is not that clean and have some cob webs everywhere, I hope you can schedule deep cleaning in a week make the toilet very white and blanket and towels must smell good and no stain

Very unclean, mosquitoes in the room (vaporiser doesn't help), toilet seat broken AC wasn't cooling enough even when set on 16 degrees

The airport was quite close to the hotel. There was no shortage of cabs from the Airport to the hotel and back. The shuttle trip was about $2 USD each way. The pool was simply excellent, the food was fantastic. The Rose-Apple trees were in full bloom with thousands of fruits.

The rooms had too many cellar-spiders on the ceiling and corners that made us a bit uncomfortable reaching under the table to plug the laptop. A few light switches did not work. The balcony door-lock was a bit dodgy and needs repare.

The room was quiet, peaceful located just 200m from the main Negombo road. The pool was clean with very few people during my weekend stay. The food was exceptional and affordable. The bed was comfortable. The rooms were very quiet and Well Air Conditioned. Excellent if you want to work from Home/Anywhere which I did.

A few room lights did not work. The hotel WiFi signal was very unstable. Good thing I always carry my own Hotspot, so no complaints :)

huge bungalow like property.. rooms are big, clean super comfortable..our bathroom had jaccuzi..there is a small pool as well..bit far from airport like 5 6 km. but overall perfect airbnb just to chill

the owner forced us to pay at the same time we’re arrive and he bring us to the room. -room looks like okay bt no water coming in the washroom.I went down stairs to inform that many times bt they didn’t fix it until next day. -they own a restaurant also on the same land which place you can here a free live music with drums playing by drunk people until midnight (you can’t sleep until finish that)

Nothing I actually liked about the place.

Staff wasn't welcoming, they were like confused sort of I don't know why?, Room wasn't ready while am there the reception told the room boy to look the room whether it is clean or not :( and the main reason to didn't like it was the room, it was not the room which I booked via booking.com. Actually I went there to spend a night but I went for a another place due to room was not clean. I won't recommend this place to anyone.
