I genitori possono usufruire di due camere da letto, mentre i bambini potranno divertirsi con i due posti letto nel soppalco al piano di sopra. Due bagni con servizi doccia faranno in modo che tutti possano essere ospitati contemporaneamente. Una cucina completa è arredata per servire ogni pasto. The location was perfect and so close to everything. The owner was easy to communicate with and kind.
Pros- working tv with cable, hot tub was hot and clean, plates were nice and plentiful, beds were incredibly comfortable from the mattress to the sheets, couch was comfy.
Cons- the trash in the kitchen was completely full when we arrived(we had to take it out). the bath tub in the master bedroom was dirty with hair in the tub from the person before us. The dryer in the outdoor laundry room was not working well- we couldn’t dry the clothes all the way. Also, the master bedroom bathroom smelled of mold and you could see it dark between the tile and the tub. The fans in both bathrooms were so dusty and probably have a hard time getting the steam out from the build up.
Overall, we had a great trip but thought I would mention those issues we had.
Also there is 1 spot (of 3 spaces) for parking but we were able to use 2 because the restaurant only used 1. And then we were able to have another car park behind one of us. Just something to be aware of.
And the upstairs is an incredibly low ceiling. Kids have fun up there but for adults it’s just a sleeping only space.

We had a great stay here! The location was awesome-a quick walk to anywhere in downtown. There was a decent amount of amenities and a comfortable living space. My only complaints would be that it could have been cleaner-mostly in the upstairs loft-and the pullout couch was broken when we got there. Also, there wasn’t any propane in the grill so we had to go and get some during our stay. Overall, I would definitely recommend!

We had an amazing time! So close to all the action and great food but still enjoyed relaxing at the house. Teens loved dropping back into house after beach and shopping to dip in jacuzzi/ eat/ nap before heading back out to arcades/beach. Such a fun visit!

This is the perfect spot to escape everyday life for a few days. Conveniently located near the Capitola Village, you can walk to all the cutest shops and enjoy some great meals and other treats. 10/10 recommend booking this property!

Great location, especially for young surfers. Had a problem with the electricity with a few fixtures not working, and owner gave a partial refund.

We absolutely loved staying here. It is the perfect location to walk to the beach and everything in the village. The home was beautiful and clean. My kids loved staying in the loft. Would definitely recommend staying here and would gladly stay again! Thank you!

Spacious! This place is surprisingly large especially for being downtown. The master is very big, the living area also roomy, the back patio where the hot tub is…. Large enough for some patio furniture … though none.
Kitchen laid out well.
Appliances / bathrooms…. Newer and in good shape.

The loft ceiling is low even at the high point. The 15-16 yr old teens who are 5’7 &5’10” did not mind and liked having a private space.
The tv in master not connected didn’t work.
The tv in living room had 4 remotes but none worked for it. Engineer Hubby spent about an hour troubleshooting and finally got it working.
Wifi router required a reset

It’s been a great week at this property for the second year. The location and beds/baths really work for us. The owner replied immediately when we brought a few things to his attention…no deal breakers. People who have difficulty with stairs need to be aware access to property and down to the main street are via stairs only. It is spacious and gives us room to spread out.

Host was very receptive and fast to communicate with us.
Unfortunately I wish prior guests had mentioned the amount of stairs one has to take to get into and out of the home. If you are young and without disability, it will be fine.

Okay so this place was stellar!! There were 6 of us in town for 2 nights of music in the neighboring town own of Felton. Only 15min drive back & forth. The condo itself was so much bigger than I thought! The pics don’t do it justice. Two parking spots. Literally steps from the beach. It was perfect! We had friends cvisoting from Denver and we wanted to show them this amazing little Capitola town. They were so impressed by the spot. HOT TUB was killer after hours of dancing too!
The owner was super awesome and easy to work with. We will DEFINITELY be staying here again! And for longer!!
Down side the WiFi was a bad connection for us all but we didn’t care because we were on holiday. If you need to work from the condo you may need to trouble shoot with owner? Be wary of the loft… it can get hot but we were slow to notice the thermostat on the day we left. There was a fan though!

What a perfect & reasonable $ vacation rental. Although an apartment, it ALL worked perfectly. Larger in size than In the picture. The dining table was wonderful for family dining, game playing just coming together. Comfortable seating throughout. We just loved the beachy vibe inside & out....location location location vacation spot. Close to everything you would want & need while on vacation.

We loved this property! If you're looking for a spot in Capitola within walking distance to everything in town, this is a perfect spot. There were 8 of us and it never felt too crowded. The layout of the house is nice and you feel secluded even though you're right in the middle of town. The deck provides a nice spot to people watch and the hot tub on the patio was a great plus! We definitely took advantage of that. Next time we'll stay in Capitola the entire time since everything is at your fingertips there anyway. We're already talking about going back.

Great 30th Birthday Celebration House
We loved this property! If you're looking for a spot in Capitola within walking distance to everything in town, this is a perfect spot. There were 8 of us and it never felt too crowded. The layout of the house is nice and you feel secluded even though you're right in the middle of town. The deck provides a nice spot to people watch and the hot tub on the patio was a great plus! We definitely took advantage of that. Next time we'll stay in Capitola the entire time since everything is at your fingertips there anyway. We're already talking about going back.
