My husband and I, friends and family stayed here for 4 nights for our son’s wedding weekend during some of the hottest days of the year. When we realized there was no a/c or fans, we called the property manager and she had two fans delivered within a few hours. Home is spacious and the views were spectacular! Short walk to downtown Capitola and beach. We enjoyed watching the sunrise and relaxing in the beautiful backyard.

Wow, what a gorgeous set up for a rental, with incredible views, and great location! The owner, Johnny, met us, gave us a thorough walk-through, and was so gracious, fun and friendly, we really appreciated that. We have not experienced that after many stays at other VRBO‘s. The house is perfect in so many ways! We stayed here 36 days and loved every moment of our stay. View from the yard of hundreds of birds (seagulls, pelicans, cormorants) and the Monterey Bay was surreal at times. From the kitchen, well stocked with appliances, glassware, plates, utensils, ect to a 8 seat dining room table, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a TV room and a fun filled ‘rumpas’ room with a ping pong table and large screen TV and dining table, funtastic!! Loved this place so much we booked it next year for 6 weeks!! Really appreciated the owner and property manager, Turiya, they are great people, thank you.

This home is in a perfect location. We walked or rode our bikes to all the nearby beaches, restaurants, shopping, and trails. The home and view is beautiful. Nice grass area in the backyard, killer grill, and the beautiful views. We highly recommend this vacation home, even our three teenagers/young adults were impressed. The ping pong table was definitely used and enjoyed by all.

Awesome views of Monterey bay. This single level home worked perfectly for our family. The property is incredible....beautiful older home with great location. Beaches and restaurants are within walking distance. With daily temperatures in the mid-60's, it was the perfect retreat from the 100 temps we've been experienceing in the Sacramento valley.

This home is truly incredible. Quiet, ample parking, super spacious, clean and well-stocked. Communication with the host was also fantastic and made for a very relaxing and comfortable stay. There is no reason to stay anywhere else!

We had a wonderful time at this beach house! It feels like visiting wonderful relatives at their great home on a cliff overlooking Monterey Bay. My husband and son loved surfing right there and the house accommodated a family gathering. The kitchen was filled with BBQ and cooking supples. There was a Keurig and regular coffee pot! Musicians in the family appreciated the beautiful grand piano! Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. I hope we can visit again!Thank you to the Sanfillipo family for making this incredible spot available! Oh, and the garden is lovely!!

This home was perfect for our group. It’s spacious with a fully-stocked kitchen, great bbq with a gorgeous view, and the location is perfect. It’s walkable to shops and restaurants as well as the beach. We would definitely rent it again.

This property was a dream! It was perfect for our family and friends weekend, inclusive of all ages (starting at 1). From the very beginning with the check in process through check out, Turiya was incredibly responsive, thorough and attentive. One of the breakers went out during our stay and within minutes of a text inquiring on how to fix, Turiya responded and the problem was fixed.
The property is centrally located to Capitola Village. There’s ample parking and overall space to accommodate large groups. And the backyard…. what a selling point! If you’re considering a visit to Santa Cruz/Monterrey, I would highly recommend this property.

From the moment my wife and I met with Turiya we felt like we were home. This Capitola VRBO has such a relaxing atmosphere there's no need to venture out and enjoy all of the shopping, night life, restaurants but obviously we did. Location, location, location is the word used in Real-Estate and this property has all of the above. We have been traveling to Capitola for the last 12 years to get out of the Texas heat. We love the location of the house, it’s walking distance to the village, the patio is large and fits our family. This was the second year staying here and will be coming back next year! Turiya is so easy to work with!

The location is great. The views of Monterey Bay from the back of the home and back yard are fabulous. The home is large and single story; that is good. But many things are outdated or need modernization. The 4th bedroom ( with bunk bed) is a joke.

Without doubt this is the most amazing rental we have ever stayed in.

House - Great areas for the kids to play, lush garden, very comfortable house with social space that works really well.
View - I'm pretty sure I will never stay in a house with a more spectacular view than this one.

Beautiful views, great stay, amazing location
Our 2 families with young children had such a wonderful experience in this home. The house is a bit dated. But clean and well appointed - piano, board games, stocked kitchen. The yard and the view though is unparalleled. We loved waking up to glorious sunrises (so rare on this coast) and just soaking up the view and sun throughout the day. Location was perfect - super close to downtown Capitola and a short drive from downtown Santa Cruz. The ranch style home was perfect for the new walkers in our group to roam.

This property has it all. Great backyard with the ocean and all the details for enjoying the evenings. It’s a big home with plenty of bedrooms and the dining table is perfect for families.

We loved our time there!
We thoroughly enjoyed are visit, as did our friends and family who joined us.. The house is spacious, the yard was a great place for the kids to play, and it's just a short walk to the village! The property manager was a dream to work with! We are looking forward to our visit next year!
