Lovely B and B with beautifully appointed room

Beautiful little room at the top of the house overlooking the garden. Very comfortable bed. Hosts were very accommodating with my slightly odd arrival and leaving times. Nice and quiet.

Not really a negative - you just need to be aware - lots of steps up to house and up to room.

Great hosts looked after you .. nothing to much trouble. Fabulous 👌

Breakfast was excellent. Full breakfast. Choice of scrambled poached fried eggs , bacon sausage beans tomato Black pudding hash brown . Choice of cereal fresh fruits yogurts and greek yogurts cheese . Coffee/ tea and different flavoured tea if preferred. Toast white/brown ..

We all love the breakfast and the choice , there was nothing we didn't like .

All good! Really like Conwy, great shops and eating places.

The hotel was great, and the hosts very accommodating. An easy walk into town and would recommend it.

The owners are a very kind couple, who helped me fix my suitcase last minute as a wheel popped off as I was heading out

Very relaxing and so enjoyable

The rooms were light and comfortable and also had two chairs to relax in while soaking up the wonderful views. The breakfast was great and the owners very kind and helpful. Would stay again and recommend.

Friendly hosts, convenient for Conwy if you don't mind the odd step or two and it is well worth it for the view! Comfy bed and good shower. The breakfast was superb, quality products perfectly prepared!

A quiet, comfy, cosy B&B.

Lovely friendly service, the room and bed were very comfy. Tasty breakfast options cooked to order each morning. A nice quiet location, set back from the road, and just a short walk from Conwy town walls.

Only minor quibble was that the pathway to the front of the property is very steep for anyone with mobility issues.

the breakfast was the best we have ever had anywhere the house was spotless very well decorated and of a high standard allso there was fresh milk in a fridge on the landing for tea and little jugs for the milk allso the bed was very comfortable

there was nothing not to like everything was spot on

Warm Welcome from owners, lovely bedroom & facilities, very clean & tidy throughout. Excellent breakfast choices fresh fruits, cereals, yogurts, toast etc.. & delicious freshly cooked breakfast. Ideal location within 5 minute's easy walk to town.

Excellent Bed & Breakfast

Everything about this guest house was spot - on.Extremely clean and excellent attention to detail.Lovely breakfast ,a fridge on tge 1st floor with Fresh milk so you could help yourself.Bed was extremely comfortable, and just a 5 minute walk into Conwy.

Lovely place to stay

We have stayed here before and it was just as good as last time. A nice comfortable, quiet bedroom and a very large breakfast. Andrew and Jill are very friendly and are superb hosts. As nature lovers, it was great to see the huddle of frogs spawning in the little pond in the front garden!

I cannot think of anything.
