Great location, clean modern apartment with everything you need
Rooms could get a little warm so a fan would be great

We loved the location being right at the end of the Royal mile, next to Arthur’s Seat and the Royal Palace.
It was decorated so nicely. It was clean and comfortable.
The owners were very helpful about accommodating a parking place for our car.
It was a little tricky to figure out how to let ourselves in with the code but once we did it was great!
The room was hot, we tried to open the window to get circulation but the windows did not open very much. Would suggest a fan for guest use.

Great location mostly very nice furnishings
Almost no Wi-Fi connection, there was a beeping in the hallway the whole weekend, the bathroom door doesn’t close all the way. not very responsive staff for the cost. Everything should be a little better.
