The young person at the check in desk was friendly and informative. They had beautiful auburn hair and a cherry personality! The hotel could use some updating but it was a nice stay in a good location. We were happy and would stay again. Thank you from California!!
Extra towels and maybe a vending machine for snacks or drinks when the café was closed. Not a big deal though.

It was clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
A lovely roof terrace which was gorgeous to sit out at night overlook the city.
Nothing.

Location was good, front of house staff Great really helpful.
The suites are being 'sold' as top end accommodation and priced as such. We did not expect damaged floor tiles in the kitchen area, bedroom draws that didn't close or traces of black mould in the shower. At over £650 per night these faults are disappointing even irritating.

"Ottima posizione. Nella suite erano presenti tutti i confort. Ogni giorno cambio delle tovaglie, rifacimento letto e pulizia. Consigliatissimo. Prezzo un pò eccessivo ma probabilmente legato al fatto ..."
