Communication with the attentive, friendly staff was seamless. My husband and I were surprised when the gracious staff at Breen offered us a bottle of local wine. That's a first! We have enjoyed many vacation rentals throughout the US and international locations, offering a bottle of local wine at checkin was a first. The rental was spotless with plenty of extra towels, blankets and bedding. The coffee, spices, and other amenities in the kitchen were an added bonus. Well stocked! The views of the ocean from the living room are incredible. We sat on the patio every morning and evening. The neighborhood is very quiet, surprising during the summer tourist season. We will rent this home again next summer. Next time we will bring our friends. Thank you for an amazing experience!

If you are going to the coast to enjoy the sea air and the view you will be disappointed in this house. I could not find one window that opened for some fresh air and to hear the ocean waves. Most of the locks are broken off, inclding the kitchen and master bath(that window was taped shut. Not sure why..also had problems with wifi and tv and master toilet clogged up...The property mgr did take care of these problems but took some time. The property is lovely, gorgeous views and master bed was very comfortable. The house is welll stocked and we opened doors for air but not ideal solution.
