Fantastic rental in a great location, centrally located in CdM between shops, restaurants, and beach . Nice amenities throughout the property which is decorated and feels like a 5 star hotel. Highly recommend this location, especially for 3 adult couples. Good communication with owner.

Perfect spot in CDM! Well Equipped, great layout, very clean, and love the roof top with fire pit. Short walk to water and wonderful sunsets from the roof top! Will be back again! The owners were gracious and communicated well!

We were three adults and a dog staying at Mardi and Tom's beautiful home. It is just as lovely as the photos show...and- with heated toilet seats too! The location is perfect- close to everything. Mardi was an exceptional communicator and very accommodating. We would definitely love to return to such a special home. It has everything you need- and more- so come and stay awhile!

My family and I stayed at Mardi and Tom’s condo after a few days at Disneyland. It was a perfect way to finish our vacation in Orange County. Their home is very accommodating with wonderful upgrades. Many restaurants and the beach are within walking distance. I would highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay and loved being able to walk to the beach and walk to restaurants! Owner was very helpful from the beginning and the unit has everything you would need. I will also add that the beds were extremely comfortable which allowed everyone to get a good night’s sleep. We will definitely rent this unit again if we return to the area. 5 stars for sure!

What a lovely home! Well appointed with high end materials and furnishings. The owners have thought of everything you might need and are lovely to work with ensuring you have everything for a great stay. We’ll located a short walk to the ocean with your choice of beaches and all that you’d need to have a great time in sun and sand. Nicest rental I have ever had the pleasure to rent and I was wishing we could stay longer to fully enjoy the area and relax. Thank you Mardi & Tom!

This property was exactly like the photos...absolutely fabulous! We had plenty of space for our group. Having a bedroom on the first floor was great and provided some separation. Mardi did a great job communicating before, during and after our stay. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home! We will definitely be back.

Mardi and Tom keep their condo in beautiful condition and offer many perks to help everyone feel special: from the squishy pillow for my grandson to a warm floor and towels when you hop out of the shower. Communicating with these hosts was simple, immediate and efficient. Loved every moment of this vacation!

There were six of us and the property was just perfect from the rooftop fireplace, gas (not propane) grill, luxury bedding, bidets, heated bathroom floors….wonderful. Mardi's home was sparkling clean, centrally located, well equipped with absolutely everything, especially the kitchen, warm, and inviting. We were three women friends who each required her own bedroom and bathroom. This was the rare home that was stunningly beautiful and luxurious and offered us the privacy we each required. It would also be a perfect place for three couples or a couple with teenagers. Mardi was also a fantastic communicator. We enjoyed every minute.

What a great find ! Very cozy and well appointed and very similar to our taste. Morning coffee on the roof top deck with the sunrise is highly recommended. Brunch at Zinc on PCH. Then mosey on down to Corona Del Mar Beach which is just a short walk way; or just walk among the many amazing and architecturally diverse homes of CDM and dream. End your day with a stroll over to one of the many close by great eateries and bars on PCH like Gulfstream and Bandera. The stress will just melt off . We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely home and the hosts, Mardi and Tom were so attentive and accommodating. Our son forgot an item at the home and they were kind enough to mail it to us. Fantastic place and hosts. We highly recommend it.

What a lovely condo! It had everything we could ever need during our stay. The condo was equipped with all the latest technology. Location was perfect - any easy walk to the beach or restaurants, and the neighborhood was wonderful for taking walks. We'd absolutely stay here again!

The perfect location for our getaway.
This property is AMAZING and the host couldn’t be more welcoming. The location is perfect; equidistant to the beach and restaurants in Corona Del Mar. The home itself is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, with all the comforts of home., including an espresso machine. Each bedroom has its own bath. We were a group of four friends, but this home would easily accommodate 3 couples or a small family. The kitchen is very well equipped, there’s a gas grill and a rooftop deck with firepit. Corona Del Mar is a great location, as it provides easy access to Newport and Laguna without all the crowds. Great little walking town! Our host contacted us via text upon our arrival to see if we had any questions or needed anything. She also made it very clear she was available throughout our stay to provide additional information, etc. This is definitely a Five Star property and we would stay here again in a minute!

Such a beautiful home. We loved the rooftop patio and the close proximity to the beach and local restaurants and grocery store. We were able to walk to everything. The layout of the home was perfect for our family!

Noise
The house was very clean and updated, I would rent it again in maybe a year from now. They are rebuilding the house next store and it is about 8ft away you can hear every thing they're doing, starting at 7am during the week, we had the windows closed. Hammering, sawing, talking, music. I must say I can't remember if it was stated anywhere in the description of the house.

Wonderful rental with homey touches
Fantastic location right in the heart of Corona Del Mar. We rented this VRBO for 5 girls to share - the layout was perfect for a group trip. 3 bedrooms each with its own bathroom, in distinct areas of the house, so no one feels like they're on top of each other. Lots of homey touches that aren't typical for a rental, like heated bathroom floors and automatic blinds.
They are doing construction on the house next door, which started promptly at 7am on weekdays - so if you're not an early riser, you could be a bit cranky in the morning.

The property was exactly the way it was described but better in person. The home is absolutely beautiful. This home is beautifully furnished with everything you need to feel at home. The owner's taste is exquisite. The owners make you feel like you're a welcomed guess. Although I've never met the owners,
I felt like i knew them. Little things in their home gave me insight as to the kind of people they are. I can tell you they love God, their family and their country.
There were little coasters with pictures of their children and grand children. There was also a picture of a family member who had served in World War II. And there were decorative items around the house that let you know they are Godly people. They leave lots of information to help ensure you enjoy your visit to Corona del Rae and their home. I am already looking forward to my next visit. Mardi is an excellent host! Thank you

Great Place to Stay
Beautiful home, well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the rooftop terrace in the evenings enjoying the amazing weather. Mardi could not have been a better host. She was quick to respond and went the extra mile to provide local recommendations and even mailed a forgotten item back to us.
