Good4Yew BnB

The location was close to cultural sites and experiences. The host, Trudi, was welcoming and the accommodation couldn’t have been better. Taking meals in the garden was delightful. So glad to have found this special place!

This is an enchanting, meticulously clean, cared for, comfortable and marvelous place. Trudi, the owner is a very special woman who welcomed us with warmth and generous hospitality. Her home is filled with her amazing art and abundant beauty. Our suite was charming and had everything we needed including a very nurturing bed and a wonderful hot shower. The location was ideal too as it was in the heart of the "old town" and within walking distance to all of the sights including restaurants, cafe's museums, galleries, the river and the lake with it's promenade. If you choose to have breakfast there, it is an artful feast of delicious strong coffe/tea and foods. We absolutely loved everything about Good4Yew and will cherish the memories of our stay and of our great conversations with Trudi in her fabulous home.

Great B&B in the old city, lots of character in the 15th C house. Our host Trudi welcomed us and gave us a tour of the house on arrival and was always available during our stay. Conversation with other guests and Trudi over a generous (fresh) continental breakfast was only interrupted by the appearance of the Red Kite coming for his breakfast! Plenty of room in our 'apartment' room - bedroom, shower room and 'kitchen' area - and all clean and comfortable. The garden and sitting room were also available but we were out sightseeing all day (and night) so didn't use them. Trams and trains a short walk away (although we walked mostly to get the feel of the old city) so we got to see everything we wanted to in the picturesque old city and further afield.

Nothing to dislike, but be aware that it's in a beautiful old part of the city with some steep cobbled streets (a joy to walk) in a pedestrian area.

It was convenient to down town. Had a nice bathroom and was quiet.

Was supposed to have a laundry and Trudy said no, but would do a load for $65 dollars!! The stove didn’t work and there was very little utensils and it was never fixed. No chairs in the apartment, no place to put clothes. Charge a $75 dollar cleaning deposit, but wanted very thing clean like we found it, no dirty dishes allowed. Had extra rules never stated in the original post.
