Idlewilde by the River

Loved the view of the river, the screened in porch, and the serene atmosphere.I appreciated the fridge and microwave too.

Our shower leaked 24/7 and there was mold all around the base of it. It also drains way too slowly so by the end of your shower you’re standing in ankle deep water. Otherwise everything was fine.

Check in was weird and the shower leaked the entire time

On the river and in a quiet scenic area.

The cabin was crowded and not all that clean. Spider on a web was comfortable behind the bathroom door. Porch was dirty with webs. Was there for six days and set the towels in the laundry bag as instructed. Took a day and a half to get the towels exchange on day five. Grill was out of propane and asked the neighbors to use their tank. It too was empty. When I found a full tank, the grill still didn’t work. Regulator is bad. I miss the old days when the owners lived on the property. Sorry, we won’t be back.
