The room was spectacular. Wood frame bed, large room, comfortable bed, large shower/tub. We had our own hot tub right outside our room. Breakfast was fantastic. While we were on a small dead-end road, it was very conveniently located near the RMNP entrance.
Some of the stonework around the grounds was a bit rundown. Didn't detract from our visit but didn't add to the beauty of the place either.

The lodging was in such a beautiful location and close to the entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park. It was quiet and peaceful for the one night we had; we absolutely would have loved to have stayed longer. Facilities were as listed, innkeeper was very friendly, and check in and out was easy. We missed breakfast from sleeping in but were still able to catch some snacks and drinks.
The path to get to the property is narrow but easily drivable.

Very clean.
Great buffet breakfast and provision of snacks in rooms and main house.
Bed very comfortable.
Lovely to sit alongside the river and observe wildlife. Very peaceful surroundings.
A good base to visit the Rocky Mountain NP.
We had a room in the main house. There is no dividing door between the bedroom and bathroom so little privacy! A big step up to the shower in this room which would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. No coffee making facilities in this room (there is coffee available in the main house downstairs from 7am).
The write up implied that there would be a restaurant but actually they only served breakfast. There is also no bar facilities which would be helpful to know in advance. The lovely Estes Park town is a 15-20 minute drive away.
