Perfect location for the Metro into Newcastle and for the coastal areas of South Shields.

The only thing that would improve this house would be another bathroom or a toilet downstairs. Other than that, it's great!

Big space, cool environment in the hot weather, easy parking, good access to where we wanted to go.

Customer service and instructions were unclear and stressful. Check in was four hours late and no discount was offered only a late check out option which was of no use to us.

Bathroom is new

Pictures are very misleading, to call it basic is an understatement. Rising damp, dirty and a mattress on the floor for 1 of the bedrooms.

Second stay here and it was even better than last time as the bathroom has been upgraded. It is great value and a perfect family base for exploring the North East. It has comfy beds, large rooms and is clean. We love it here and the bakery around the corner is amazing too.

The bathroom was clean and spacious

The bathroom lock was so stiff that my pregnant daughter could not get out and had a panic attack, shouting and banging the door for help. We all had trouble opening the door. I nearly trod on a huge slug in the lounge when going down in the morning. The beds were terrible. When I complained to the owner she didn’t even have the courtesy to respond. Very disappointing.

Spacious living space and bedrooms, comfortable beds, plenty wardrobe space. Excellent shower and bathroom facilities. Nice big smart t.v. and easy parking. A very clean and comfortable house overall.3

No hoover or dustpan and brush. One of the bedroom doors doesn't stay closed properly and sometimes opens by itself.
