Convenient location, nice breakfast with lots of options and very helpful staff

Noise from the room above us

The breakfast hours were more than adequate, selections were great,good options. Location was great for what we came for. Help us arrange shuttle bus pick up to Cleveland Clinic. Easy check in and check out. Staff was very friendly. Parking is available on site, contrary to Bookings information after finalizing the transaction.

Staff was exceptional. Very helpful and friendly. Comfy bed although the pillows were too flat for my liking. Great breakfast

Hard to find the entrance. It’s actually behind on a back street. It is loud but you are near the major hospitals so kind of expected

The shuttle for Cleveland clinic I am a patient who comes up for days to weeks at a time.

Price I thought was a bit high and I asked about discounts for Cleveland clinic patients but did not feel I got that deal.

The staff was very friendly & attentive. Very nice to have breakfast served each morning . Cleanliness was pretty good.

The website / pictures of the room & Also the description of the rooms were a bit misleading. Room was smaller then expected by a lot . Was also advertised for having a great view being the corner room . There wasn't much of a view haha .

Everything was awesome the staff and the rooms! Definitely would recommend to anybody and that employee coralline was such help and a sweet heart bless her soul! Thank you marriot will see soon!
