They belong to the hotels chain which helped me to get another sleeping place

I couldn't check in! I arrived late in the night (3am) and the hotel was informed about it, but they didn't reply in any way. Upon arrival, the gate was shut. No ringbell, nothing. I called the number from booking - no answer. I called another number - this was Treebo support. After around half an hour they arranged me sleeping on other hotel in the neighborhood that belonged to the chain. Walking around in the new city at 4 am is not a pleasant experience. The next day, receptionist called the facility asking why they didn't let me in. He got response that they don't host internationals. NOWHERE is mentioned about this. Kudos for the chain support, but if your not from India DON'T BOOK THERE!

lack of proper parking space. Early morning breakfast was not available in their restaurant so they had to arrange from outside.

The room is very neat & clean. They arranging hot water 24 hrs. In other hotel this facilty have time limit till 9:30 you will get the hot water.

The food was good, quick check-in, the staff did their best to make our stay comfortable.

The TV did not work, but the staff tried to recharge the dth, but it did not work, there was no way at the end of the day, again, the staff tried to fix it. They gave water in the bucket, hot and cold. As per the staff, one of the guest left the tap on and that's why there was no water. As per me, guest should be mind full.

Following services were provided only after asking for it.... 1. A C 2. Water 3. Towel 4. Cleaning of the room. Restaurant starts ar 10.00 am. Though the hotel says, breakfast timings start at 8.00 am, it is not served before 9.00am. Though the hotel had promised nashta packets at 6.00 am on 30th Sept (Treebo informed me), on site we were bluntly refused of the services. OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS WORST.

TV channels not available The Room (215sq feet) was not ok . Shape of room and bathroom was wierd. Difficult to make movement in the room. No bed position in centre. parking not proper.
