The door was faulty and I was locked inside for hours without help, except police were helpful. No apologies from hosts, no reimbursed stay, and charged extra after this ordeal.

The check in was terrible- it took me nearly 1.5 hours of back and forth with the support staff to find the keys and get in the parking garage as the instructions they sent me were incorrect (spent almost 40 minutes looking for a second set of keys for accessing the parking that didn't even exist). Then inside the parking garage was also extremely confusing as I couldn't open any of the gates to access the parking spot (again because of incorrect instructions) - I finally had to go up to the security guard in the lobby and ask for assistance. 1.5 hours later, I finally got into the apartment - the switch for the lights wasn't working for the living room. I went to the master bed room to unpack and saw that the ensuite toilet was plugged - for supposed COVID19 protocols for cleaning and finding a plugged toilet, it makes me skeptical that this place was cleaned properly. Then I finally got to go to sleep only around midnight, only to be woken up at 6am to what sounded like a metal cage crashing in my room. I searched around the apartment because the sound kept coming- then I looked outside my bedroom window and not even 10 meters away is a giant construction pit for a condo. Thr pile driver and clanging continued from 6am until night. I got fed up and left the apartment, checked out 2 days early just because of how terrible this experience was. Will never be staying here again and would not recommend to anyone.

Security, location and cleanliness

Was hard to get second set of fob for security doors but staff eventually made it happen. Noise from construction was awful. Hopefully next time will be cometed.
