InterContinental Toronto Centre by IHG

The room (a high level king with lake view) was fabulous, very clean and comfortable. All staff were friendly and attentive. David on the front desk checked us in and he was particularly great. We had a problem at the end of our stay with our flight being cancelled.. He checked us back in with an almost identical room, was good to us on the rate and allowed us a late check out. He smoothed over a very traumatic few hours for us and was an absolute gem! We had drinks and food in the bar throughout our stay. All were great. The hotel is in a fabulous location. Easily walkable (for us) to the Eaton centre, Kensington Market, St Lawrence Market, the Distillery District and the ferry terminal for Toronto Islands. The CN Tower and Union Station are right on the doorstep too. I looked at many hotels before choosing this one. I'm so glad I did!

Nothing. Loved it.

Club Level was fabulous. Extensive food and beverage choices for breakfast and manager's happy hour.

Hard to find the valet parking.

We loved the location, the room, the view, the staff, the pool! We loved the lobby and how impressive it was. Even Youppi! loved it as you can see in the photos! 5 stars!!!

Locale & comfy beds

Price differential from purchase to arrival— $200 can and the solution to address it was inefficient at 10 pm. We were disappointed— and we had a great time. Breakfast buffet and restaurant staff were great. Thank for asking.
