Great Location. Had some issues checking in. Staff were great. Trevor was amazing in fixing those issues.

Apparently parking isn’t guaranteed. When we arrived after a long trip, parking was full and we were told we had to go find another lot. The city was packed and no parking was available anywhere. Additionally, we weren’t given the room we booked and don’t have enough beds for our family. The staff did eventually fix the problem, but it was a hassle. The TV in the room was broken, but at that point we were too tired to complain!

$300 is a lot of money to just sleep somewhere

The hotel is located in a very convenient place, near to every major attraction, walkable distance, the room was very big, housekeeping was given every day, the food at the restaurant was good and the service was excellent, I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to have a pleasant stay and being able to walk around the city.

The air conditioning during the night was shut down, but other than that there aren't major complaints.

Convenient location to attend concert at Rogers Centre. Able walk to local attractions and easy access by foot to Union Station. Staff attentive and friendly.

The price was pretty high for a normal room. I assume it’s because of the location. This was a special occasion but wouldn’t come back for a regular visit to the city.
