Location awesome to Rogers Centre.
We were upgraded to a King Room 5floor however the winding long hallway was a bit challenging.
When I booked the room online it said there was under ground parking but when we arrived discovered had to pay $50 for Valet parking. We paid $816 for this room booked months in advance valet should have been included.

We ate at The Sportsnet and loved our view. Breakfast was good.
Breakfast was cold for a lot of items. It was good selection.

We watched the jays play twice and watched some players warm up while we had a late breakfast. Location was perfect to the sights we wanted to see. The staff were friendly and accommodating definitely come back again
Nothing. It was all good.

On the day i was checking out,4 times people knocked from housekeeping within one hour in the morning ….one man even knocked ONCE and just entered my room!!! This is very very unprofessional and I wanted to complain about this! This is not acceptable!
