Delicious breakfast, the two female servers were so attentive and pleasant.
Cleaning every day even though we didn't ask for it.
Central location, right next to teams, busses and metro.

Nice front lobby, friendly desk staff
The room was filthy, hair all over the bathroom, the drain was clogged and filled with other guests hair, the glass doors were stained and dirty. There is a noticeable lack of care, and amenities in the room, it felt thrown together and not actually built for comfort or function.
