This hotel is centrally located. The staff was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The room was large modern, light and bright and nicely appointed. Comfortable beds and nice linens. Everything you expect in a hotel room.
This hotel could do with a coffee bar or casual dining restaurant. We had a lovely, expensive dinner in the only restaurant. The food was delicious and the service outstanding. However, we had to go across the street to a Starbucks for coffee, snacks etc.

We didn’t eat at the hotel but we did use the bar once and it was very pleasant and the staff were amazing. Our room was very comfortable and the bathroom was was excellent. The staff on reception were always friendly and helpful and they arranged a taxi for us when we left which was extremely helpful and very pleasant and reasonably priced.

The staff ensured a special welcome for my friend on her birthday, which was incredibly sweet! They also upgraded us to a suite -- SUCH a fantastic surprise and so appreciated. This will be my new staycaytion hotel, permanently!
