Ottimo accesso a Boulder o Denver. Atmosfera tranquilla e pacifica! Questo è un classico quartiere della Città Vecchia in Colorado. Belle case restaurate, nuove costruzioni e bungalow classici come questo. Main Street Louisville è a soli 4 isolati di distanza dove puoi trovare nuovi e moderni ristoranti, boutique, musei, il Louisville Centre for the Arts che offre musica dal vivo e uno dei miei bar preferiti chiamato Bittersweet. A solo un isolato di distanza si trova l'accesso ai sentieri escursionistici (attraverso i terreni della scuola elementare) che si snodano in tutta la città di Louisville con ampi spazi aperti che offrono una vista assassina delle Montagne Rocciose in un ambiente di campagna.

We wanted to stay in Boulder but "settled" for this place. Turns out we much preferred this house and location to staying in Boulder.
The house itself was very nice and very well stocked. There are two rooms, one bathroom and a washer/dryer. There was a deck in the back yard that was very nice. The photos don't really do the place justice. We were very pleasantly surprised.
The neighborhood was wonderful. There are walking trails everywhere! We loved that you could walk to several places for dinner, drinks or treats.
We would definitely want to stay here again.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The home was small, not fancy, but just right for my wife and I. It met all our needs. It was on a quiet street in a beautiful old, historic neighborhood. The Fall colors were in full bloom. Lennie responded quickly to a small issue we had and was courteous and helpful. We would rent it again without hesitation.

I'm a bit biased. I lived in downtown Louisville for 2 decades. I love this little town. Visit if you can and if looking for a cozy place near the downtown restaurants stay here!

Well-appointed comfortable cottage. Although it is small, my wife, adult daughter, and I fit into it easily. Having two comfortable sitting areas besides the bedrooms and kitchen was a plus, as was off-street parking.
The owner was very responsive regarding any questions.
Especially for the price, this is a great place to stay. It’s easily walking distance from Louisville’s restaurants. Also, for runners, it’s about a mile run through quiet neighborhood streets to reach the Coal Creek trail.

The rooms were larger than I expected and between the two living rooms, two bedrooms, and kitchen, we had plenty of space for the three of us. Plus, the location is great - easy to walk to Main Street and the Coal Creek trail.
The owner Lenny was also extremely responsive and even sent someone over to deliver soap for the dishwasher when we ran out in the middle of our stay. My only suggestion to make it even better would be to include both recycling and composting services, which are standard in Boulder County. Thanks so much! Amber

Loved the location, the house, everything. Well appointed with supplies, all other VRBOs I’ve stayed in, I had to buy soap, toilet paper, paper towels etc.. not here. Comfortable beds and pillows, tv works great.

The home was perfect for our needs. It’s much smaller than it looks on the Internet, but other than that it was very clean and charming.

Great stay!
We were in town for a family Christmas at my daughter’s home just around the corner from the rental. We used the rental to house some family that couldn’t fit in the host house and it was perfect. Getting into the property was a breeze, it was clean and well maintained, and the lock system made coming and going super easy.
We would definitely rent this property again!

Great location
We love Louisville and wanted to enjoy the pedestrian atmosphere; unfortunately there was about ten inches of snow that slowed us down! This rental would be great during warmer weather because the location was perfect.

Great place to stay in Louisville.
We enjoyed our stay on Lincoln St. in Louisville. Comfortable and cozy during the snow storm. Thanks for a great place to stay that was close to family and Boulder and mountain drives. Will gladly stay there when we go out again.
