Situato in un tranquillo quartiere familiare, questa è un'ottima base di partenza per avventurieri di ogni tipo. Ti piacciono le attività all'aperto? Siamo facilmente raggiungibili a piedi / in bici fino al Coal Creek / Rock Trail System nella contea di Boulder. Siamo a 15 minuti dai famosi Flatirons, dal Monte Sanitas e dal Chautauqua Park. Preferisci un ritmo più lento? Passeggia nel Pearl Street Mall di Boulder o visita le aree del centro storico di Louisville e Lafayette.

We had a great stay at your house.

Property was in great shape and met our needs. The preinstalled gate on top of the stairs was nice as we had a small child with us. The basement had a full bath with a bedroom and small living room and the upstairs had three bedrooms with another full bath. Master Bedroom had a sink in the breezeway between the bedroom and shared bathroom. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

we brought our family here for a wedding close by in Louisville. Property was a perfect location with a beautiful trail close by for a walk. Property does have a nice separate bedroom and living room on the first floor. However, the main living area with a kitchen is up the stairs. Just remember you need to use the stairs to go up to the kitchen and it’s not good for seniors who have issues with walking.

We were in town for my sons wedding…
The property was perfect for doing all the wedding baking and hosting flower arrangement luncheon, post wedding brunch and both families with huge outdoor and open space available! The next door neighbor is pretty special too - saved the baking with her brown sugar! - :)

Very disappointed with this property from the time we drove up to it until the time we left. Outside was very unkept, rocks were laying on the brick ledge of the house with many, thick spider webs. Every part of this property was unkept inside and out. Cobwebs were on the walls and corners of the house, spiders and different kinds of bugs and insects were in the interior. The listing for this property said there were three bathrooms. That is incorrect. There is also no separate apartment as it states in the listing. When you walk in the front door you can go straight to the lower level which has a bedroom, 3/4 bathroom and a room with a couch, fireplace and tv. The lower level is very cold. Upper level has area with couch, dining room with table that could seat 8 if you can find another chair because there are only 7 chairs, 3 bedrooms, 1 full bath and an extra sink. Out door furniture covers are very worn and dirty. If you wanted to sit outside you would have to sweep them off and then rinse them off. There is no access to the backyard. This property needs a lot of TLC, a really good cleaning and an exterminator. The host was easy to reach and offered to send some people over to fix some things. We declined since we didn’t want anyone there as this was our vacation and we were gone most days. There are some 5 star reviews for this property but this was not our experience at all.

A beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood, I couldn't have asked for a better location. Easy to get to from the airport, Close to boulder and the Rockies. I would for sure rent this property again.

The location was very convenient for Boulder and Denver airport and the inside of the house was clean. Beds were very comfortable on main level. Washer and dryer was very convenient to have. Neighborhood was quiet.
We have all stayed in other VRBO houses and noticed a few issues with this house.
The kitchen was minimally equipped
The heat/cool level for our comfort was poor as we had to contact the owner to change any amount up or down so had no control over our comfort level. The downstairs level was extremely cool compared to upstairs main level.
Outdoor back deck and front cushions had no covers so remained wet after rain and unusable.

The owner is very responsive and we enjoyed the outdoor patio. Nice waking trails nearby. The house has 2 baths and a sink, so not actually 3 bathrooms

Family Getaway
This was a great property and Carolyn was attentive to questions and requests. Our family of 8 adults found room to spread out but also space to be together. The front and back decks were perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather and meals together off the grill. The location was perfect. We took day trips to Estes Park and Colorado Springs as each were about an hour away.
Highly recommend Carolyn’s home for your stay!

We stayed at this property for over 2 months and found the host to be incredibly accommodating.
Please note, this property has 2 bathrooms and an extra vanity in the master bedroom, not three bathrooms.
The thermostat is controlled remotely by the host, while the extra step was annoying, the host was incredibly responsive to making changes to the thermostat.
Also, the queen beds are all incredibly high off the ground, and we’re not suitable for our children to get in and out of. We used the twin bed for our 8 year old and brought in an air mattress for our 4 year old.
Again, I can not express how responsive and helpful the host is. Many thanks for a comfortable home during a tough time in our lives.

The WiFi was great on the main level but really weak on the lower level. The washer and dryer seemed new and were huge, a BIG plus. The back deck and seating area were awesome (though it was quite messy from the pine trees, so we had to sweep it off and clean the seat cushions).
The quirks were odd, but no big deal:
- Heat and ac are controlled by owner remotely so we could not adjust, though the owner responded very quickly when it got a little hot.
- Many of the window balances were broken so they could not be opened. The patio doors did not have screens, so they could not be left open at night - owner said there were no bugs, but we had a fair amount of flies and moths.
- There was no access to the back yard and the front yard is very small so we used the parks that were all very close.
Overall a good property in a great location that served our needs for a softball tournament.
