I enjoyed the spacious room, it was clean, modern and very warm and welcoming. Breakfast was pleasant with a very big variety of choices, along with dining experiences, the staff were wonderful, attentive and very prompt this was my favourite part of the hotel was the incredible staff. Hotel location is quite scenic and relaxing. Overall I would stay here again if I was to visit Penang.
The coffee could've been better, was not barista made although they tried.

The place is absolutely beautiful and the view we had was great. We also had breakfast at the Planters Lounge which has a beautiful view and lovely food. The pool area is also great and with a great view. The hotel has thought about all details and comfort. We also had a spa treatement that was perfect. The rooms are quiet and the place is fairly central yet near the sea. The personnel is very professional and attentive. Since it was our anniversary they surprised us with cake in the room.

A spectacular building set in a beautiful location on the seafront, and walking distance to the colourful and interesting old section of George Town. The staff were exceptional, the dining options and bar top rate, and the rooms were extremely comfortable and with great outlooks. In the Heritage Wing the experience was enhanced by à la carte breakfasts and early evening canapés and drinks. Excellent facilities, and two beautiful swimming pools.
