Apart from location, the room was a great size, comfortable bed, easy to use facilities had everything I needed.
The only one bugbear I had was the tea and coffee. 2 teabags and only English breakfast, 2 little milk cartons and only instant coffee, even the smallest and quite cheap hotels these days have a coffee machine in the room of some sort. That was disappointing for a Sheraton.

Great food at restaurant!
It cost £30 to get there by taxi from terminal 5. Driver definitely took me the long way round as shuttle only took 6 mins on my return. Hotel should make it apparent how to get hotel shuttle for pick up. I will take that into consideration the next time I stay at Heathrow.

Excellent, helpful staff, especially when checking in. The room was clean and the furnishings were of a good quality. The meal in the restaurant was a little expensive, but very good quality, so worth the money. Only one night, but I enjoyed my few hours at the Sheraton.

Proximity to the airport and the shuttle.
They give me a room that wasn’t cleaned after the previous guest. There was food and dirty glasses from the previous guests. They, apologize but didn’t offer an upgrade or anything else to recompensate for their mistake. No minibar, hairdryer or a bathrobe.
