Great location near to Heathrow terminals. Staff were excellent; knowledgeable and helpful. Rooms nice, clean and well presented.
A bit pricey, but hotel was full so I guess people are prepared to pay for it. Meals and drinks very expensive.

The staff were outstanding and I loved the location near the airport.
Nothing.

Clean and quite hotel.
It takes a while to get to the hotel from the airport. The bus service to and from is not the best. Shuttle and taxi.costs can add up quickly.

Close location to airport.
The room air conditioning did not work well (would not cool or allow to set under 25 C), room phone did not work to call front desk or room service.
