We like the location for our reasons for the stay. The food was very good. The staff were great.
The room was not cleaned during our stay. The bed was not made, Tea, coffee , milk ect not replenished. Our second breakfast there was no yogurt or fruit & not many pastries left, after the coach load of Chinese that arrived on Saturday night had an early breakfast & left. The coach load should have had breakfast in the conference room separately. This would have left the buffet free for other guests to enjoy breakfast too!!

The hotels facilities was good. The rooms were a good size.
The restaraunt menu was not what was offered online. We was met with a set 2 or 3 course meal with hardly any variation - why are there only two pizzas and both vegetarian?! The food was poor quality to say the least.
The rooms needs a good spruce up - tiles grubby and loose and the toilet self filled all night. Nosiey guests next door ment a poor nights sleep and awaken by 3am.
