Fantastic pub and room was really nicely decorated. Lively atmosphere in the evening
Might be noisy if in a room above the bar-I was in the separate building out the back so all good

It was very quiet in our room despite lots more f people sitting outside . It was clean and comfortable perfect stop over for our long journey . People in the pub were very friendly !

Location for our stay as it is a lovely village
It’s a very old building (1470) and it really needs some modernisation. The upstairs floor is very uneven and boggy in places. Also very limited parking and we had to find a car park a couple of streets away.

Great location and a very comfortable bed. Welcoming staff.
Bedroom ceiling was cracked, peeling and mouldy with damp. There was black mould around the shower screen. There were constant power cuts plunging the bedroom and bathroom into darkness. There was noise from live sports abd music coming through the floor until well after midnight.
