Ian Fleming room fascinating with memorable pictures, nice 4 poster, room furniture and facilities very tasteful.
Nothing really though ancient uneven floor boards disconcerting at times but this is not a complaint because it added to the authenticity of age that we were hoping for.

Very charming and it was quiet. Staff were great and patient with requests. The pub was comfortable and the food at the restaurant was good. Our room, the Henley regatta room, was very comfortable. The place did feel ‘Midsomerish’ with the Dorchester Abbey across the street.
This was one of the best places we stayed at on the month we were in Britain. The only thing was the Midsomer Murdee themed room had already been booked. Next time!

Gorgeous location and lovely little touches made this a great stay.
Could have done with a fan in the room but apart from that everything was wonderful
