It was central to everything I needed
I don’t think it was good value for money and the sink drain smelled really bad too.

Location and staff
The room was small, the window opened onto an internal area with the air conditioning ducts and fans, and the aircon unit was noisy and the slowest speed was like a gale.

I did aspect the 11 cadogan Gardens, instead a end up in a Drycott Hotel, which is just on the corner but very hold and quite decadent.

We had the most divine Suite ( although I don't know that it was listed as a suite on Booking.com ) in the Draycott Hotel overlooking the Cadogan Gardens . Extremely spacious and extremely comfortable space to spend 3 days in. Only downside was that at present the hotel is undergoing renovation and there was no breakfast or sitting room on site . We could easily have used these facilities at 11 Cadogan Gardens however . We heard minimal noise with renovation and thoroughly enjoyed our stay . Would recommend highly and can't wait to stay again. The perfect location to be based . Many eateries, bars and stylish shopping to be had within easy walking distance .

The Draycott is a home away from home. It feels like being a guest is someone’s well appointed home. High level of comfort in a typically British setting, steps away fro Sloan Square.

The siz of the room and cleanliness.
I was disappointed that I was not in 11 Cadogan Gardens but had been moved to a sister hotel.
I found that my wife and I ended up rolling into the middle of the mattress on the bed. The mattress either needed turning or replacing.
I was surprised that a 5% discretionary Sue gargle was added, when the hotel hadn’t done anything extra to deserve it. I did ask for that to be removed, which they did.
There was no milk for the tea and coffee in the room, but was rectified by a quick call to reception.

Location is fantastic, super quiet but only 5 mins walk from the wonderful Sloane Square. Great to get in and out of any central location. The staff are so lovely. The bed is honestly one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Just great !

I booked a deluxe double which had very little light, was noisy from staff conversation in the hallways, and a bathroom that was not confortable

The colour palate, black, brown and purple was deeply depressing and totally different from the website. This never happened to me before with Booking. Com. The breakfast area was only accessible by a narrow staircase and a walk outside although I had explained I had mobility issues and needed a lift. Breakfast quality was poor. DEFINITELY not a 5 star in spite of very good staff, comfortable bed, good shower and very good location. SERIOUSLY overpriced!!!!!!!!

Perfect. A lovely unique property. Like living in an old English manor home with 21st century conveniences. The staff is exceptional. you feel like you are a valued guest in a home not a hotel. James the valet is one of a kind. Cannot recommend this place too highly. Just brilliant.

This is such a well-appointed hotel in a great location; excellent service, comfortable spaces, and walkable to many activities.

The breakfast was excellent
The room was not clean. There was dust hanging from the headboard by the bed.
There was no one to help with luggage when we arrived and the staff was unprofessional.

Oscar and all the staff absolutely delightful and so helpful. I like the various small rooms and lounges that enable you to work and relax rather than being in your room.
The old lift is a nit rickety but part of the charm as well!
