I loved the location
It is quintessentially British traditional interiors with a brainwash and decadence about this boutique hotel
The bathrooms are absolutely tiny and rooms on the small side
I found the service a little in consistent but Rebecca from the front office proved an absolute pleasure to help us navigate a trip to Scotland . Her patience and genuine desire to please really made our stay . Thank you Rebecca

It’s a lovely property in a central location. It has all the charming ambience of a proper English hotel. The service was outstanding and the room was very nice, comfortable and elegant but not luxurious. I was on the fourth floor, which is accessed by one of those quirky old lifts with the gate and the swing doors. Takes a bit of getting used to but adds to the charm.

Breakfast and staff in the restaurant were very good.
I was that the bar and restaurant were most traditional like the hotel itself. But it was very busy and loud.
