Everything exceeded our expectations. It was so close to transport and the room facilities were excellent. Staff were friendly and efficient which made our stay even better. Thank you Savoy.
Nothing major really but it would have been helpful if the little fridge freezer had been defrosted.

The room was comfortable and clean.
Housekeeping was excellent and provide extra towels in a very timely manner when requested.
Room phone was faulty; no dial tone. I went down to Reception and advised and they picked it up but it was not replaced.
Kettle provided continued to leak and that too was reported.

Great location in CBD. The bar staff and breakfast team were amazing.
Housekeeping is terrible.
Failed to turn up 2 days out of 3 - room was not tidied and no fresh towels were provided. The only day they did appear we were in the room with DND on the door. Very poor as on all 3 days we left the room at around 1030am and did not return for 5-7 hours - plenty of time to sort the room.
In the interests of fairness I have to say that management accepted that this was unacceptable and we had not had the service we paid for - Connor, the duty manager, dealt with this in a fair and professional way but agreed that it should not have happened.
