We required an early check-in as my husband fell sick and Elvie from the hotel organised the first cleaned room for us to enable a early check-in. Amazing service. Elvie saved the day.

The room was incredibly spacious and well-equipped for the price, we had wonderful views over to Flinders St Clock tower, the MCG and the Yarra, and the staff were all amazing - so friendly and helpful.

The reception area was good and the location for our business meetings was good but that is where it stops. I will not book this hotel again.
The rooms were tired and there was a smell of damp. One room had carpet in the bathroom this is pretty unheard of. The noise from the trains was unpleasant. Reception area was nice but this isn't copied into the rooms
