The location is great to access everything in the city. Short walk to Southbank and an easy walk along the yarra river to the sporting precinct on Olympic Boulevard.

comfortable room for one adult and 2 young children, great location, swimming pool excellent, and patrolled. Close to river, trams, trains, shops. All staff very pleasant and welcoming

view a little disappointing, especially for my young girls.

Hard to understand man at desk he was sitting down we didn’t here him say we had to scan our card to when we get in the lift to go to the correct floor

As usual, position and decor of the rooms was great, lovely view out across the Yarra to the city, and close to all amenities.

My wife had pulled her calf muscle a couple of days before we arrived, we asked about a wheelchair at concierge, they said they couldn't provide one, however then didn't give us any option on where we might be able to get one, just dismissed it as, no we can't sorry. We also rang through to reception to ask for a fork to be brought up after ordering Uber eats and were informed there would be a $8 delivery fee, which when staying in a premium hotel leaves a bad taste in my mouth, and is enough for us to look elsewhere for our accomodation when we return.
