Very comfortable and suited our needs well

Bathroom vent fans not working (we reported this and left it to them to sort out after we had departed). Noisy rubbish trucks (or similar) early morning - we had forgotten how noisy a city location can be!). Number on the building not easy to see. Reception room was not obvious and did not have signage.

Stayed here multiple times over the last few years can’t beat location price and facilities and great customer service

Close to tram to city. Aldi and Dan Murphy and PO across the road. Other Supermarkets nearby. Plenty of eateries a very short walk away. The staff were friendly and helpful and on site for early morning until around 7pm. Everything was clean and new looking. We were able to get a late 11am check out because we had a late flight and we could store our bags until ready to go later that day. The staff and Managers were very flexible, could not fault them. It was quiet at night. Good coffee Cafe just outside near entrance. Close enough to Southbank to walk for free tram into CBD. Or to enjoy the eateries along the river and shopping at DFO. Our dryer didn't work so we were given lots of extra towels, which was great. Plenty of bathroom supplies for our stay. Enough dish washing tables for 1 load a day.

The bedside lamps were too dim for reading at night. No coffee table in the lounge to put drinks on when relaxing watchingTV.. No washing basket to take wet clothes to drying rack on the balcony. No chopping board. No knife sharp enough for cutting up meat and vegetables for cooking. No coffee machine.

staff were very friendly and obliging and fantastic location convenient to everything

room was not very clean dust on furniture and lounge had stains. Also poorly equipped kitchen there was no baking dish, no spatula, no tongs and not enough utensils and would be good to have a few spare garbage bags and a scourer for cleaning pots and pans.

very good location, v close to all the markets , very convenient. the staff are very nicer , especially Christina ( very very nice lady)and another guy (I don’t know the name sorry ) they help me fixed the coat hanger in the wardrobe.

Check-in and access went very well - good communication. Staff were very helpful. Location was excellent for our 5 day stay. The bed was very comfortable and the unit size was good. Tram stop and markets close by.

This is not a place to do your own cooking - hardly any bench space and limited cooking utensils. The unit could do with a bigger table and a sofa bed type lounge. The bathroom needs better rails and some hooks.
