Location room was nice.
How rude all the staff were. Nobody at the front desk gives any eye contact when talking to you. They were all grumpy and made us feel unwelcome. Like we were an inconvenience.

Location. Kitchen facilities.
Something was not quite right with the TV as the screen went off by itself at irregular intervals for sone reason. It was a little annoying but not a huge issue. Also the traffic noise can be quite loud and the blinds do not cover the whole space and light comes in on each side.

I love this place it’s so lovely
The bed and pillows are so comfortable.
And I love the pool and sauna
The shower head probably needs replacing

We have stayed at Wrap apartments many times over the years- whenever we travel to Melbourne for either work or Holidays. This would be sometimes 3-4 times a year. The location is perfect and the accommodation is comfortable and value for money (usually) with the bonus of being self contained and having 2 bedroom apartments.
Over the years the accommodation has deteriorated and has not been updated or up kept. Carpets are dirty, walls are marked, dented, scratched, lights and electrical not working (in more than a few times we have stayed in the past year)
