pretty good just disappointed about the view

it was located well and we found it very easy to get to facilities we needed

the booking was advertised as a river view room but when we opened the window all we could see was the highway and the top of buildings, very far off in the distance we could see the river but i certainly would not call that a river view booking which was one of the main reasons we booked that room

The car park, the directions from the car park to the hotel were non existent

Great location for shopping at DFO and dining out. Parking close by and easy to hop on the tram to go downtown. Friendly

A comfortable luxury

The room is absolutely perfect, desk with outlets, outlets with USB on either side of the bed, massive shower with really good water temp and pressure, full wall window with eat to use drapes and curtains. When the false alarm happened they were quick to explain and help back to our rooms. Will definitely come back if the time calls for starting in the city

These are more like suggestions: -Having both a soft and firm pillow option would be great to have in the room. Plus maybe a smaller square one for a little extra height. - having a glass bottle of water ready in the fridge would be very useful to have if we wanted to drink water during our stay.

Perfect Stay when going to an event

The hotel is the perfect location for those who want to go to the Southwharf DFO or the Melbourne Exhibition Centre. The view was lovely and the room was very warming and comfortable. Room service was great as well.

I would have liked to have seen streaming services such as Netflix. Wifi was good, but I was having some network issues when accessing websites on my phone. I found the TV Guide was not showing the actual show that was on at the time.

It was ok nothing negative

My flight arrived was early from interstate and I wasn't able to check until 2 pm most hotels do allow this as I had an early flight wanted to have a sleep and rest prior

Fun and enjoyable stay

Excellent location close to DFO and docklands. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Enjoyed the stay with my family.

Comfortable!

It was so comfy and everything feels clean. Got a nice view from the hotel as well. Early check-in at 9am was real nice.

Was attending a function and overall it was a pleasant stay. Would happily book again.

Bed was super comfortable. Room was clean. Loved the TV greetings. Made me feel like a special guest. Breakfast was great. City views.

Better portion serving for breakfast priced accordingly. No Complimentary amenities ie toothpaste, toothbrush et cetera No Complimentary bottles of water in fridge x2

Location - we were at a conference at the convention centre, which we could walk to from the hotel. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable. Buffet breakfast was good too.

A good get away in the city.

We both loved the bed. Nice big telly.

The place looked a bit worn for a building that was only about 4 or 5 years old. One of the lifts wasn't working, which made travel between floors slow. The view outside the window, for which there was not block out blinds, was dominated by the roof of the convention centre. But their real clunker was at book in, the guy must have felt sorry for us paying over 400 bucks for a standard room, so he tried to upgrade us. He then quickly disappeared, coming back a few minutes later saying it sent the computer booking system into conniptions and therefore had to revert us to the standard room.
