Location is excellent - close to Southern Cross and tram routes. Room was very quiet, clean and comfortable. Late night check-in was easy and was appreciated after a long haul flight. Lock up luggage room was great so we could enjoy a little walk in the city before our next departure.
Maybe cater for dietary needs a bit more - more gluten free, dairy free choices.

Location (real close to southern cross and trams), cleanliness, comfy bed
Scramble eggs (from the free breakfast)/ Motion Sensor Light (was believed) in the middle of the room… if someone into deep sleeping, not gonna move at all, light will be off automatically, but another roommate actually having a shower… then the roommate got to shower in the dark… / only one madam with long pony tail working morning shift was very friendly and helpful… others not quite / self help laundry machine wasn’t very clean, not sure if the dryer got maintenance recently… some oil stains were found on the clothes :( maybe lubricant? 9/10 October (laundry in good price though, washing and dryer only cost 2 AUD each)

Location was ok
Aircon not working, allmost freezed in the room.
Bathroom door was leaking in the room
Hotel restaurant changed the menu without updating the internet site.Beside that the old menu was still hanging in the elevators...Neu menu consisting almost exclusively from pizzas!
The area was noisy due to roadworks in progress
